Chapter 16: Attacking the estate.
Once Jun had ensured that Daruku and the others were out cold, he slipped out of the hotel under the cover of night and began his mage extermination plan.

Flashing across the city, he made his way to the Matou residence and scoped the place out from a distance. Although he didn't understand a thing about magecraft, he knew that Zouken wasn't careless enough to not set up a bounded field.
It had to be said that even though the Matou line was declining and Zouken had sent his only real successor (Kariya Matou) to his death, he was still more than capable of creating a bounded field.
"Time to get started."
Pulling his hood up, he jumped down from the building and slowly approached the grand house.
Keeping his head down, he knew that when he started he would draw the attention of every mage in the city. Not to mention the fact that he knew that Gilgamesh was still alive and would most likely come to see what the commotion was about.
And with his current skills, he didn't want to be on the other end of the Gates of Babylon even if he did have Shundō. He may not know how strong most servants are, but for someone to have the title of potentially strongest servant, it obviously showed that he was not someone to mess with. And who knows, he might even have a demon slaying weapon.
Shaking the unnecessary thoughts out of his head, he thought of the various scenarios that may occur inside. The most problematic one was that Zouken's body was nothing more than a pile of insects projecting his image. If he wanted to kill him he would have to first find Sakura and eliminate Zouken's true body which just so happens to be a small worm hidden next to her heart. Then there was also the Crest Worms inside Sakura's body. Luckily for Jun, his mystic eyes gave him the ability to kill anything, even the crest worms inside her without actually injuring her.
Activating his mystic eyes, he saw black lines covering a dome like barrier surrounding the estate.
'So this is a bounded field.'
Summoning out Yamato, he kept it in its sheath and walked straight up to the front gate.
'Might as well tell them that I'm here.'
Taking in a deep breath, he circulated his demonic energy in his body before unleashing it. The air around him trembled and became chaotic as a burst of bright blue light exploded out of his body in a violent fashion.

"Hmm... that presence..."
Inside the deepest part of the Matou estate, a small hunched back old man in plain robes looked up from the insect filled pit and up to the ceiling where he felt the aura of the demon that had recently arrived in the city.
In the centre of the insect pit, a small girl with beautiful purple hair lay lifeless letting the insects crawl over her body. Her blank expression made her look like a living doll.

In another part of the city, a man in a elegant white suit and top hat stood atop a skyscraper and looked in the direction that the demonic power originated from. He had a distinct pair of pointy ears and lazy eyes. From first glance people would assume that he was a clown.

Far away from the estate, a man with white hair surrounded by corpses of dead apostles felt the demonic aura in the distance and took a curious glance in its direction.

Sitting inside the church, Kotomine Kirei also felt the wave of demonic aura. Closing his bible he walked towards the church doors and stared up at the starry sky.

'Time to see how accurate my strikes are.'

Sheathing Yamato back into its sheath, the sound of glass shattering echoed out as the bounded field cracked and shattered into pieces.
'Perfect.'
Walking through the gate, Jun sliced open the front door and made his way inside.
'Was that bounded field all that he was relying on?'
As he walked through the halls of the Matou estate, he had to admit that Zouken had an eye for interior design. After spending so much time with his mother Jun had started to gain an affinity for fashion.
*SCREEECHHHHHHHH!!!*
Performing a quick Iaido strike, several small worm like creatures fell to the floor before vanishing into black smoke.
'Nasty.'
Continuing his journey through the estate, he made his way towards the basement.
"Stop!!"
In front of him stood a curly blue haired man that had a similar appearance to Shinji.
'Byakuya Matou.'
*Splash!*
Not bothering with him, Jun performed Shundō and caused a fountain of blood to spray out from his neck.
'Pathetic.'
Collapsing to the floor, Byakuya's blood flowed out and created a pool of red.
Without looking back, Jun continued towards the basement.
He knew that no matter what he did, Gilgamesh and every other mage in the city would know that he was at the Matou estate. Knowing this, Jun didn't hide his intentions and deliberately caused a ruckus when he unleashed his demonic energy. If he was going to end a bloodline, he might as well do it with style.
Turning a corner, he was met with a swarm of bugs hurling themselves at him.
Smiling at their actions, Jun unsheathed Yamato and sliced open the space in front of him. Crashing into the freshly opened portal, the bugs swiftly disappeared into the endless Sahara desert.
