Chapter 32: Hidden Inventory Arc I
Within a large house, two figures were walking through an unending hallway, as they treaded with immense caution.
One of the figures was an extremely beautiful girl dressed in an all black robe with long blue hair that was tied.
The other was a young lady in a white and black kimono style uniform with slightly long dark hair and was also very beautiful.
" How far does this hallway go?" She asked as she and her partner examined the seemingly unending hallway with dread.
" I don't even see the markers we left around." She added. " I'd say we moved about 15 meters in about 30 minutes." Her partner spoke as she looked at her watch for reference.
" In that case, the cursed spirit isn't using a barrier to create a loop in the mansion, rather, it's overlapping space as we move." The partner spoke again after deep thought.
" Or, it's a ridiculously huge barrier." The girl with the black hair spoke. " Come on Utahime. It's highly unlikely that this is a barrier.
" The walls are impenetrable too." Mei Mei touches the walls and felt a ridiculous amount of cursed energy flowing through them, before she said with a sigh.
" Let's split up." She added and looked at Utahime. " You know what, I think the overlapping theory is most plausible right now." Utahime spoke after deep thought.
" You're right Mei, we should split up and move unpredictably. If the barrier or whatever it is can't keep up, we should be able to get out." She thought for a while before saying once more.
" If one of us can get out, they can attack from the outside, or even call for help." She added before turned around with clenched fists.
" Sounds good. Let's try it." Mei nodded as they began to move.
"Booonmmm!!!" All of sudden, the building shook fiercely, followed by a massive shockwave after an explosion of blue destructive light.
A part of the building was ripped apart, as Utahime was sent stumbling backwards which caused her to fall on her butt.
" Utahime! I came to help ." Soon, a familiar face that wore its signature cocky smile appeared as Satoru walked into the building with a laugh.
" Utahime are you crying?" He asked as he saw Utahime on her butt. "I'm not crying. Respect your elders!" She fiercely spoke as she stood up and dusted herself.
" Hey, if you cry would you console me?" Mei Mei asked as she walked close to them with a small smile.
"You wouldn't cry, you're strong, besides that's Madara's job." Satoru didn't forget to tease Mei which caused her to grumble.
" I said I didnt.....!!" Utahime roared out as she stood with fury etched all over her face. Unbeknownst to her, a huge cursed spirit with the body of a worm and a humanoid face stealthily approached her.
" I didnt ask for you help!" She roared out, as the cursed spirit opened its mouth wide, ready to devour her whole.
" Crunch!!!" Immediately, the huge cursed spirit was rather devoured by another massive cursed spirit, as Utahime looked back with a shock in her eyes.
" Don't swallow it, we'll take it later.." Immediately a calm voice resounded before Suguru walked in with his usual confident smile. " It's not pick on the weak Satoru." He chuckled slightly.
" You're the one who's teasing her without even recognizing it Geto." Mei giggled and said, as Geto rubbed his head with an embarrassed smile.
" Who the hell is going to pick on the weak?" Satoru added with a laugh. " Utahime, are you alright?" Immediately another voice sounded out, before Ieri appeared with a concerned smile. " I was worried because, you hadn't called for two days" Ieri smiled and before she could realize it, Utahime jumped into her arms.
" Don't ever be like those two Ieri." She spoke, not forgetting to throw shots at the two idiots who were teasing her.
" Don't worry Utahime, I'll never become trash like them." Ieri spoke, as Satoru and Suguru's faces immediately went blank.
" So the barrier was messing with time huh, we thought it as here even though you're here Mei." Satoru spoke as he looked at Mei.
It wasn't something that was quite rare to him, so he shrugged and forgot about it.
" Looks like it." Mei smiled. " Anyway importantly, I think you guys forgot to lay out the curtain." She added, with a chuckle.
Immediately, Suguru, Satoru and Ieri turned around and it was then they knew...

Within Principal Yaga's huge dojo, the Satoru trio knelt as Yaga stood in front of his window with a solemn expression.
" Next up, we have an incident in Hamamatsu City of Shizuoka Prefecture, where there was an explosion....." On a huge TV plastered on his wall, adjacent to his office table, a news caster spoke with incredulous vigor which caused the hearts of the trio to jump. " Someone says he put up a curtain, yet you left the window behind, you better start confessing the truth." Yaga spoke as he rubbed his temples.
" Oi, old man, in as much as I want to say it isn't me, we can't point fingers at ourselves, we are friends after all." Satoru raised his hand and spoke, while the others sighed.
" Bang!!" Before he could realize it, a fist smacked him in the head real hard which caused him to wince in pain.
.......
" Damn that old man, are curtains even needed in the first place?" The trio sat in a lounge as Satoru rubbed his head in pain.
" Does it matter if regular people even see us?" He muttered and rolled his eyes.
" Of course it matters Satoru. We need to fight cursed spirits, so that the ordinary civilians can live freely and happily." Suguru spoke, his sense of morality even higher than his hairline.
" This also keeps the strong in check. You see Satoru, society should protect the weak." He added as he fiddled with his sleeves.
" Spare me your ideals oh righteous one, looking out for weak and pathetic folk is such a pain the ass." Satoru said as he relaxed on the table.
" Jujutsu exists to protect the weak Satoru don't forget that." Suguru spoke with slight anger.
" I truly hate that shit." Satoru spoke as he dropped his smile. " You hate being righteous and doing the right thing?" He asked with a frown.
" Applying reason and responsibilities to Jujutsu Sorcerery is what makes people weak." Satoru added as he rolled his eyes.
" What? We should be accountable for our actions and protect the weak from harm, how does that make me weak?" Suguru asked, as Ieri slowly sipped her smoothie at the side, while looking at the show.
" Blergh. Don't feel proud of yourself for speaking such nonsense." Satoru rolled his eyes and joked.
" You want to take this outside? So I can beat your ass?" Suguru stood up violently as Satoru continued to sit unfazed
" If you're so eager to get your ass whopped by me then let's get going then."
Satoru agreed a few seconds later and was about to duke it out when they were both called in by Yaga.
" Where's Ieri?" Yaga asked, seeing only both of them. " Maybe in the bathroom." " Who knows?" They smiled at each other regardless of the fact that they were at each other's throat a while ago.
" This is the classified mission I was talking about. I wanted you guys to go with Madara, but I'll assign him something else." Yaga spoke and brought out a file.
" This mission is from Tengen sama and it comes with quite the responsibility." Immediately they heard the word responsibility, they let out an exasperated sigh which Yaga ignored.
" According to him, the star plasma vessel is a 100% match. There are two objectives in this mission; First escort the girl, and erase her." Yaga spoke as both of them looked at each other for a while.

Within a large bathroom, and in a jacuzzi, a young girl with line black hair was taking a relaxed bath, as thoughts flashed through her mind.....
