Chapter 26: Chapter 26- Ah, This is so troublesome
Well, Over 25 chapters. YaY. I am proud of myself that I have written this much. Well, Not like I will quit either.
Leaving that, I will tell you a fun fact(more like destroying the fantasies of many).
Kim Rok soo and Jung Soo are like sworn brothers. Jung Soo forced it on Rok soo, who grumbled but didn't deny it. So, Lee Soo Hyuk has never been called 'Hyung' by KRS.
So, Lee Soo Hyuk is not a sworn brother of KRS. Jung Soo is. And to anybody that makes fanfic about all of them being sworn brothers. Let me tell you.

Simon was inside his room. Which had just been cleaned by all of the servants. He just took another shower to wash away the ink on his head.
Simon himself felt bad for creating such a mess but nobody could accuse him okay.
He didn't know his powers were like that. In fact, He was so surprised when the servants were cleaning his room that he didn't even say anything.
He had just looked outside and stayed silent.
The servants had tagged him as a 'Crazy kid'. So, The oblivious Simon got his second title after the 'Creepy tourist' incident.
Of course, Simon couldn't have cared less if he knew.
'Ah, This is so troublesome.'
Simon was complaining in his mind but he called out his puppets.
"Zero"
Zero grew up first and took out the other statues. 1,2,3,4...9 all grew up soon. If Cale was in the room, he wouldn't have any doubts about them. The puppets had masks with numbers except for Zero.
Simon looked at Zero closely. Zero was stronger than before. A lot stronger. Previously he had strength similar to a normal person.
Now, He was as strong as a highest-grade Knight in terms of physical strength.
Zero couldn't use a sword but His strength is abnormal. Simon didn't know why a puppet of wood was this strong but it was better for him.
Zero's physical strength was enough to go against and beat a Highest Grade Knight.
Though a lot far away from a swordmaster, Zero was pretty strong.
How had he become this strong?
It was because of Simon. During the entire day of experimenting with his powers, Simon learned many things. It was a bittersweet story.
Those facts were really useful to him. Simon was happy that he found these things but also felt like crying. Not exactly crying but he was really sad.
Today was a both good and bad day for Simon. The things he found out were good and bad too.
Simon was just testing his powers today. He intended to find a certain fact about his power but He found much more than expected.
It was like searching for a diamond and you stumble upon a mine of diamonds. The bad thing was that half of the diamonds had been taken by someone else.
But, Simon was satisfied. He was sad and filled with regret but he wouldn't complain. The things he just found out helped him. That's what he should focus on.
What was it that he found out?
It's good that you ask. Simon discovered that He was stupid.
I mean literally, Simon was a stupid guy.
'Darn it. Why did I have to do that? Has this transmigration messed my brain up? How could I do something so foolish like that? Arghhh!'
Simon was mad and annoyed at himself. Why? Because He had just thrown one of the best opportunities of his life like nothing.
Simon was cautious and witty. He knew his own weakness. Simon's weakness was that he was weak.
Simon always carried his puppets. No matter what he would keep them with him. But, If he ever got captured and the enemies take the puppets away, It would be a disaster.
Simon needed to become strong enough to defend himself. That's why he decided to make his body stronger using his powers. Simon was planning to give his body Magic resistance, Higher agility, Strength, etc.
He planned to get them one by one. But Shock covered his eyes after he wrote the first thing.
Whenever Simon uses his powers he automatically knows if it worked or not. When Simon was trying to make a 'Nyoibo' Simon knew it wouldn't work because he didn't feel like it worked.
After writing 'Magic Resistance', Simon braced himself for the headache that was about to come. He took a piece of cloth and gagged his mouth to not scream.
Something like this would surely hurt a lot. He was prepared. Yet nothing came. Simon knew that his power didn't work.
Why? How? What?
Simon immediately took a piece of wood and wrote 'Light'. This time his powers worked as the wood glowed for a while before dimming out.
Simon sighed. This was how the first lights he made worked. They take the light from the sun and glow when needed.
He then crossed the 'Light' and the feeling of his powers being removed came. It looked like the attribute had been removed.
Simon used his powers to check if they were gone. It would be a disaster for him if it didn't work. Fortunately, they were still there.
His powers had not disappeared. But the question remained.
Why did his power not work? Simon had no clue but he needed to find the answer. If in an emergency his powers don't work then it is equivalent to him dying.
It was hard searching for a solution but he racked his brains. He needed an answer no matter what. No theories came to Simon's mind. After thinking for an entire hour he gave up.
'Ahh, If my powers were like how most of the Novels portray. My life would be so easy.'
Just as Simon was about to take the puppets back and call the servants. He suddenly realized.
It was like a bulb glowing in his mind. The theory was not logical but it seemed the most plausible. After doing a Mind racking session 2.0. Simon concluded.
He messed up.
In this magical world thinking with the common sense of Earth was ridiculous. Though most of the logic of here was the same as Earth. But the existence of magic itself was illogical.
He needed to think not with the common sense of Earth but the common sense of Novels.
He used the knowledge he had after reading many fictional novels. That was the only way he had now.
'I got powers after my Isekai.'
His Isekai was pretty normal. Waking up in the body of somebody else. He even got a power to use. Simon thought it was a cheat but it seemed to not be the case.
His powers worked fine. No problems occurred. For days he used them frequently to know more about them. Now his powers hadn't disappeared but they weren't working like before.
'What could cause this?'
The God/ being that gave him the power took it away? No, it wasn't plausible. It made no sense. If the god that sent him here had a purpose then taking Simon's powers was just stupid.
If the god sent Simon here for his/her own amusement then taking his powers would make it boring since Simon would die easily.
This was like a puzzle. With the pieces all messed up.
'My powers are complex. If only I had something like a system then my life would be so easier.'
Indeed a system would have been the best. But...
'Wait! A system. THAT's IT!!'
Simon found it. The thing that solved the puzzles. He should've thought about it before.
Simon remembered the TCF clearly but that didn't mean he forgot every other novel he had read.
Simon knew that the god that sent him here wasn't the type to completely ignore Simon's life. In fact that God had already given Simon a gift.
What was the gift? It was knowledge.
When Simon woke up here he had literally everything about TCF in his mind. He could remember every detail of TCF's Canon.
At least up to where he had read in his previous life. So, That god probably gave him such a gift. Simon had a good memory but not a memory like that.
If the god that sent him here also gave him a small bonus gift then it made sense.
Something like a starter pack. He might not have something like a system but it didn't mean he couldn't get power-ups or abilities in the start.
Simon immediately took a needle and used it to prick his fingers. It hurt but not much. Soon drops of blood started to appear. Seeing this Simon took his pen and healed the wound.
And... IT WORKED.
Of course, his brain hurt a lot. It didn't hurt this much last time. Last time he had healed all the cuts on his hand. But now
Simon's headache almost doubled. He wasn't getting dizzy. His mind was clear but hurting. He decided to wash his face and so he did it.
After relaxing a bit, Simon took his pen out and tried to make his body resistant to magic. But that still didn't work. After that, he added some attributes to Zero.
Namely 'High Strength', 'High agility'. They both worked. Simon wrote the first attribute and it didn't hurt at all. It might be a bad sign but Simon wanted to know his limits.
Simon kept writing but the moment he finished the second attribute.
Simon passed out. His mind went blank as he lost his consciousness. The ink in his hand dropped as it was spilled all over the floor. Simon's pen also dropped. Finally, Simon fell.
His white hair was blackened by the Ink. The puppets were all standing still as it was the last order given by Simon.
Zero was the closest to Simon still standing there with parts of his wooden feet stained with ink drops.
Wood pieces were laying all across the room as
Simon might or might not have tripped after coming out of the bathroom and hitting the stash of wooden pieces on the table. Which sent many of them flying all over them.
Simon was too l̵a̵z̵y̵ Busy with other stuff so he didn't clean up the mess.
That was how Simon had reached the point where Cale saw him.
...*back to the present*...
Simon looked at Zero. He wondered why he didn't feel pain. He was ready for some hell-level pain but nothing came. Instead, he fell unconscious for the entire day.

Sorry for the late chapter but I rewrote this at least 20 times. I just couldn't decide how to write. I needed to give hints so IT was really hard.
I just hope I will be more consistent.
Finally, the things Simon learned:
He can be called a healer. His powers can't change the properties of living beings. Before he could be resistant to alcohol because it was like a gift the god that sent him here gave him. The gift was so that he could add one thing, no matter how OP to his body. Simon wasted it wonderfully.
P.S. I gave many hints here(its unnecessary to tell but I wrote this to make it 1900.)
