In One Piece As A Pirate
Chapter: 5
1500.
South Blue. On an unnamed medium-sized island.
The Roods pirate is resting on the windy beach. A 22-year-old boy stood in front of them with a fighting posture.
[Name: Zamp.] [22 years.] [Height: 6 feet.] [Hair colour: white.]
He used to live on an island in South Blue. Four days ago, a pirate group looted everything from his turban. He wasn't there at Turban when that pirate came. He received that turban from his father. After he came back, everything was a mass. He was so angry that, without taking any precautions, he went to fight with that pirate group.
He learned his fighting technique from his father. His father used to be a winemaker on a pirate ship, so he doesn't have any grudges against pirates. The moment he started to fight that pirate; he realized that the captain of the pirate was a swordsman.
In just two minutes, he had a huge scar on his face. The pirate caught him and tortured him to join his pirate, but he refused.
His father taught him how to fight. His way of teaching is, "How many punches can you throw in a second?"
That's how he always tries to improve his speed. He never thinks about defence. After this fight, he started to think about how he could enhance his defence.
"What happened to you? Why did those pirates kidnap you?" Rood started to investigate Zamp while he was still sitting on the sandy beach. He doesn't think much about Zamp's fighting posture.
Zamp was shocked for a moment, although the guy in front of him didn't react much to seeing him. Zamp can tell that this guy is a strong man. Without thinking much, he tells them what happened to him in the past three days. About his dead father Bussiness etc.
"Well, you can take that pirate ship and go back to your home." Rood didn't think much; it's a daily story. On every island.
"Well, everyone, take rest. Mokume, you hunt some little animals from the forest and make something to eat for tonight. Duke let's go. You go make a shelter. I think there will be a storm tonight. Five brethren's You guys are on the watch." Rood started to distribute their work and went to help Duke. "
Zamp went to the ship and started to prepare to sail. He doesn't know what's in his head; he can't concentrate on his work. Half an hour later, he stopped his work. and look back at the island. I don't know why, but his heart is telling him to go back to that island.
When he was 7 years old, his father used to tell him about his adventures as a pirate. So, one day, he asked his father," Dad, when did you decide to be a pirate?" His father just smiled at him and didn't tell him anything specific. That smile was saying to him like, "Only mature person will understand."
Without thinking much, he went to the place where the Roods pirates were resting.
Later, when Rood returned, he saw that Zamp still hadn't left.
"What happened? Why didn't you leave? Boy, we are pirates. Do you know what we do when we catch a beautiful little boy like you?" Although Rood seems to be gloomier when he says that, for his crew members, it makes it even more hilarious. So, everyone suppresses their laughter and starts to act like a hungry animal.
"Can I stay for one night? I think there will be a big storm tonight. I will leave tomorrow." Hearing Roods pirate-like speech, he knows those pirates are making fun of him. He still suppresses his anger. and request them.
"Oh, one-night stand? Then you will sleep with my friend Duke. I know those pirates strangled you with ropes, but Duke here knows a great massage technique. Hah Hah Hah." Rood started mocking that boy.
"Hey, since when did I learn that massage technique? Don't spread rumours." Duke got angry and screamed when he heard that.
All crew members started to laugh when Rood cornered their V-Captain.
All night, they spent it like that, and Zamp somehow got mixed up with them without anyone noticing until they went to sleep without worrying about anything.
After the stormy night, when they got up in the morning, they found only their ship at the beach. So, Rood didn't think much; it may be that Zamp went away when they were still sleeping.
Three hours later, everyone was looking at their captain and waiting for command.
"Okay, I understand. Let me think for a moment." Rood looked at his crew foolishly. "Everyone, we will stay on this island for one month. You guys saw that one of our crew members died in the last battle. just because he went to fight with a guy who fought with a sword."
"Everyone goes to our previous plan, except for those who fight with their fists and legs." Rood made up his mind to inform them about Navy Six style.
In the previous battle, two assistants of K. Kish (the navigator) fought without any weapons. so they didn't go back; they stayed with Rood for further instruction. While Rood was preparing his memory to share his thoughts, something fell from a coconut tree right beside them, which startled them.
Rood looked beside him, which also shocked him a little bit.
"Zamp, you still didn't go? Why are you still here? And where is that ship?" Rood, look at Zamp, and ask seriously.
"Captain, I want to join your pirate group! I am a very good fighter, plus I have learned winemaking from my father." Without replying to the Roots question, Zamp shouted so that everyone could hear his request.
"Do you know what you are saying right now? We aren't here to play: house like children. It's very dangerous. Already, one of our members is dead. We couldn't even help him when he was asking for our help. Go home; take care of your father's business." Rood said every word in a serious mood.
"Captain, I told you my father was a pirate; I also want to be a pirate." Zamp didn't give up a bit. He knows very well that what Rood said is true. Still, his heart is telling him to go forward and see that dangerous world.
Rood also wanted to recruit Zamp when he saw him first. But he is still trying his best not to recruit until he can protect them.
"Okay, this is Vice-Captain Duke, Helmsman Lucky, and Gable, Beckett. Zamp, sit here. Let me tell you something about the Navy and their abilities." Rood took a deep breath and decided to recruit him.
"Every time the Navy recruits a lot of soldiers, they select some good-quality soldiers from them for special training. After they were sent to the Navy headquarters, where the training will take place, the first thing they learned there was: Navy Six Style [Rokushiki].
"It's a high-quality superhuman martial art."
"Rood, don't tell me that you know those martial arts." Duke was the first person to react when he learned that his childhood friend was secretly learning Navy martial arts.
