Chapter 75: Hulk's Entrance

Betty didn't have Russell's keen perception.

However, when she saw Russell turn his head to look into the distance, she followed suit and turned her head in the same direction.

This glance brought out trouble.

Banner was standing by a tree, peering at Betty like a creepy uncle with voyeuristic tendencies.

When Russell glanced towards him, Banner didn't perceive any problem.

He didn't know Russell, and Russell's appearance didn't resemble that of a soldier at all, so he didn't consider avoiding Russell's gaze.

However, when Betty, who Banner had been longing for even during his time on the run, turned her gaze towards him, he didn't expect it.

Although he was some distance away from Russell's group, Betty had good eyesight.

Banner!

Seeing the person standing by the tree was Banner, a look of disbelief appeared on Betty's face. She instinctively covered her mouth in shock.

"Doctor, your ex-boyfriend's back!"

Russell extracted his right hand from Alice's embrace, shrugged, and nonchalantly said.

He mentally criticized the men that General Ross had mentioned that they were very reliable.

But General Ross's men were not unreliable; they were just like the police, always arriving late.

Soon he saw General Ross's men sneaking up on them from a distance.

Not only did he notice this, Banner also noticed them.

Banner quickly scanned his surroundings, assessed the environment, and firmly made a judgment..

Then, without hesitation, he started running.

Seeing Banner dash towards a nearby teaching building, Betty chased after him without a word.

"Leave the campus immediately, and we'll talk later!"

Russell turned towards a puzzled Alice.

After that, ignoring Alice's confused and perplexed expression, he burst forth at a speed far beyond that of an ordinary person and quickly reached Betty's side.

"Doctor, you're running so slow. How about I give you a hand!"

Saying this, without waiting for Betty to respond, he scooped her up in a princess carry, even though she was wearing high heels.

Seeing Russell pick up his teacher and disappear quickly, Alice finally reacted.

Talk later?

Damn it, you didn't leave your number!

Despite carrying a person, Banner's human form and Russell's physique as a normal human differed greatly.

With minimal effort, Russell caught up to Banner.

As Banner was about to rush into a teaching building, Russell performed a spinning kick, sending Banner flying out.

Seeing Banner being kicked and crashing heavily onto the grass like a soccer ball, Betty, who had her arms around Russell's neck, pulled down with all her might.

If it were anyone else, Betty's pull would have easily thrown them off balance.

However, Russell wasn't just anyone.

Even if it was Betty's father, General Ross, trying to destabilize him, he wouldn't succeed.

"Before the military soldiers arrive, you probably have about a minute to talk!"

As he spoke, Russell set Betty down.

Before her feet touched the ground, Betty rushed towards Banner, who had fallen on the grass.

After confirming that Banner wasn't injured by Russell's kick, Betty's face was full of excitement as she hugged Banner, afraid he would leave again.

Betty was ecstatic, but Banner remained calm.

He quickly got up and comforted Betty.

As he watched Russell with caution in his eyes, his cellphone suddenly rang.

Russell's phone was ringing!

Without any surprises, the one calling him now was none other than General Ross.

"What are you doing? Get Betty out of there!"

General Ross's roar echoed through the phone.

Ignoring General Ross, Russell hung up the phone directly.

He led Betty in front of Banner, seeming a bit nonsensical.

But everything was part of his plan.

Among Marvel's many superheroes, the Hulk represented strength and endurance the best.

Although the Hulk didn't possess any particularly flashy abilities, he had a body that was so powerful it was almost like cheating.

But that was enough!

Russell had indeed promised General Ross to help apprehend Banner.

However, before he fulfilled that assignment, there was something he needed the Hulk's cooperation for.

He wanted to see if his current self could match the Hulk in terms of physical strength.

Superior physique combined with the Anti-Venom serum's symbiosis!

He had been evolving the venom into a serum for some time now, but until this point, he hadn't found a particularly suitable opportunity to test it.

Originally, he hadn't paid much attention to how far his physical strength had progressed.

But General Ross's appearance reignited that thought.

In any case, he would eventually reveal that he was Superhero Serum. Even if General Ross found out, it wouldn't have much impact.

Seeing Russell suddenly change his appearance, Banner grew more cautious.

Although he didn't know what Russell had done, he knew that Russell, like himself, wasn't a regular human.

Not giving Banner too much time to think, after transforming into the serum, Russell's legs exerted force, and he appeared in front of Banner in an instant, almost like teleportation.

Before Banner could react, Russell struck him in the chest, sending him flying.

At the same time, he held onto Betty's waist, cradling her in his arms.

Although Banner had been thrown back by Russell, he hadn't used too much force.

Banner quickly got up, staring at Russell with fury.

Under Banner's gaze, Russell raised his left hand, extended his left index finger, and generated a white tentacle-like appendage, similar to an octopus tentacle, from his fingertip.

The white appendage undulated like a snake's fang.

Without saying a word, Russell brought the white appendage closer to Betty's cheek.

Just as the white appendage was about to touch Betty's cheek, Banner suddenly roared loudly.

An ancient beast-like roar resounded instantly.

Banner's skin began to turn green, and his body swelled up like a balloon.

His growing form first burst through his shirt, then through his pants.

Well…

To be accurate, only a portion of his pants burst, and Banner didn't face the embarrassment of being exposed.

In just two or three seconds, Banner had transformed into a nearly three-meter-tall green giant.

The Green Goliath, the Hulk, had entered the scene!
