Chapter 2: Confronting Nylbiarynth
(At the Kingdom of Neveah)
"Your Majesty!" exclaims the narrator. As he knelt, the knight exclaimed, "This is urgent news!"
"There's no need to rush; take your time. So, what exactly is the "urgent" news?" As he nodded, the king replied.
"Your Majesty!" exclaims the knight. Thousands of dragons and wyverns are currently flying over us at incredible speeds
"The one leading them was Nyl-"
A boom and loud and massive explosions cut him short. *ROAAAAAR*
"What's going on right now?!!" said the king as he panickedly stood up.
Suddenly Throughout the kingdom, a loud and defeaning voice can be heard.
"HUMANS! YOU DARE TAKE MY CHILDREN AND IGNORED OUR CONTRACT?!" the dragon said angrily.
"Why is Nylbiarynth here?!" the king said.
The king exclaimed, "Why is Nylbiarynth here?"
"YOU HAVE A WEEK TO RETURN MY EGGS AND SURRENDER THE PERSON WHO KILLED MY FELLOW DRAGONS AND STOLE MY EGGS, OR ELSE I WILL DISINTEGRATE YOUR KINGDOM! HIS EYES WERE WINE RED AND HE WORE A BLACK ROBE AND MASK." Nylbiarynth mumbled something and then walked away with his dragons.
"Stole? Eggs?" The king was puzzled.
"It appears that someone tried and succeeded in stealing his eggs."
'What rational man would steal an Ancient Dragon's eggs?' The king immediately calmed down and began to consider a solution to the problem.
"You!" he exclaimed, pointing to the closest soldier.
"Go to our neighboring country and plead for assistance, and summon Solomon immediately away!" said the king.
"Yes!" He replied as he was about to leave.
Inside the throne room, a portal appeared out of nowhere, and a young man emerged.
Multiple High-Level Barriers safeguard the King's castle, particularly the throne room. A portal that suddenly appeared will definitely make the soldiers alert. The knights rushed to protect the King and prepare for fight even without orders, but suddenly they heard a familiar voice.
"Relax, it's just me," says the narrator. Throughout the throne room, a familiar voice could be heard. A young man appeared, who was rather attractive.
In the royal room, a loud slap resounded.
"I'm not gay! I love women! I'm straight like a roller coaster!" a soldier said aloud with red cheeks.
"I'm not a homosexual! I love females! Like a roller coaster, I'm perfectly straight! "a soldier remarked aloud, his cheeks flushed.
They made eye contact and exchanged words.
"What?" The attractive gentleman said.
"What?" The soldier was quick to respond.
Noah, Noah Solomon, is the attractive young man who appears out of nowhere. He was dressed in golden armor that matched his golden eyes. He has a katana behind him, a magic weapon he made named "Gun" and a magic fan on his left hand. His three weapons were encrusted with a variety of rare magic stones, each of which could be considered a national treasure.
His hair is velvety white, and his skin is so smooth that it could pass like a baby's bottom. His aura and visage resemble those of a God who has just descended. It was like God personally carved his attractive face, which will make all men envious and all women crazy in love.
"Your Majesty," Noah said calmly, but there was a hint of rage in his tone. He let a fragment of his bloodlust slip between his fingers.
"I didn't do anything, but now I know a man stole Nylbiarynth's egg." The King quietly explained.
He looked at the king and said.
"While we prepare for the worst-case scenario, we must find the person who stole the dragon's eggs. I understand that this is unjust, but we have no choice but to kill or be killed." He gave the King an order.
He said, "If you can't find him/her, prepare all of your elite forces and employ strong adventurers, and we'll go to war."
"I understand." The king said.
'*Sigh* I have no idea who the king is anymore. At the very least, respect me because I am not only your father-in-law, but also a King!
Three days later, the person responsible for the chaos is still missing. The other kingdoms allied together with Neveah's kingdom to kill Nylbiarynth and his dragons if necessary.
[Homes of the dragons Ailrem]
They arrived in Ailrem, the land of the dragons. Noah suggested that they should first speak with Nylbiarynth. Before they start, Noah warned them that if the negotiations fail, he will use magic as a signal to attack them.
Noah and his companions were the first to encounter Nylbiarynth.
[Inside Ailrem, The Home of Nylbiarynth.]
An oversized mountain that reached the clouds that have a gigantic cave below can be seen. It was the resting place of Nylbiarynth.
The entire cave was transformed into a gleaming, gorgeous diamond, and you can even see your own reflection in it. This is most likely due to the dragon's overflowing mana, which lingered for decades. A massive dragon slept in the middle of the cave, with gorgeous long horns fit for a king, a white scale that is both beautiful and extremely hard, and an aura so majestic that you can't help but kneel down and be in awe... except for Noah.
"On behalf of my people, Nylbiarynth, King of Dragons, I implore you to calm down and talk about it." Noah attempted to persuade Nylbiarybth to abandon his plans to destroy the kingdom.
The dragon opened his eyes. Blue-colored eyes that could stare down even the Gods. When the dragon saw Noah, he was enraged.
"Noah..." he tried to calm himself, but after smelling the one who's responsible for this chaos, he was unable to do so.
"YOU DARE TO TALK TO ME ABOUT NEGOTIATIONS WHEN YOUR "PEOPLE" IS THE ONE WHO BROKED OUR AGREEMENT AND TOOK MY EGGS?! AND RIGHT NOW, THE ONE WHO TOOK MY EGG AND KILLED MY FELLOW DRAGONS IS WITH YOU." As he pointed at the black-haired man beside Noah, the dragon roared.
"YOU CAN DO ANYTHING TO ME, BUT NOT TO MY SOON-TO-BE BORN CHILDREN! THAT LINE WAS CROSSED BY YOUR "PEOPLE"! EVEN THOUGH I COULD DESTROY YOUR KINGDOM'S CONTRACT AT ANY TIME, I ACCEPTED AND FOLLOWED IT! SURRENDER THAT MAN TO ME RIGHT NOW!"
"You're mistaken, Nylbiarynth. Zell would never do such a thing! I... No, we promise to retrieve your eggs and return them to you, as well as track down the true culprit. I'm sorry, but there are people who are simply too greedy, but Zell is not one of them." Noah stated
"WHY SHOULD I BELIEVE IN YOU? TELL ME! MY EGGS WERE STOLEN BY YOU HUMANS THE LAST TIME I TRUSTED YOU. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE BEEN BETRAYED, AND I'VE HAD ENOUGH. I WAS WRONG TO BELIEVE THAT HUMAN BEINGS CAN BE GOOD." Nylbiarynth screamed fiercely while crying.
Noah took a deep breath and let out a loud sigh "I had a feeling it was going to happen. We don't really want to do it, but I suppose we don't have a choice. Please forgive me, Nylbiarynth, for this injustice. I'm sorry...." It was the signal, Noah remarked as he blasted magic above him.
"CHARGE!!!" shouted by thousands of soldiers and adventurers.
"I KNEW IT! I SHOULDN'T HAVE BELIEVED YOU HUMANS IN THE FIRST PLACE! OKAY, THEN IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT, I'LL KILL YOU ALL!" says the dragon, enraged, he shouted vehemently
