Isa's unexpected statement reverberated through the assembled group, catching everyone off guard. Her revelation that the strongest species in their world were sending their most skilled warriors away seemed utterly insane and nonsensical. 

The notion that the most powerful and dominant species were deliberately sending away their finest warriors appeared contrary to any logical strategy or common sense, especially in a world rife with conflicts and impending danger, baffled everyone.
