Chapter 2: Chapter 1

The sunlight reached through the windows of a luxurious house that was built with white stones. It has tall, half-rounded windows that have been added to the house in a fairly asymmetrical patterns. The building is fairly rounded in shape, having a stylish, well-kept garden with a grass field and flowers patches at the edges surrounding it. The roof is low and slanted to one side and is covered with red roof tiles, two small chimneys sit at either side of the house, the roof didn't have window.

In a certain room from the house a small figure was in the middle of a king-sized bed. If you approached it you would see that he wasn't breathing and his body was cold as ice. It continued like this until some seconds later, a gasp broke from the body with an elaborated breathing which calmed some minutes later. The calm came back to the room as the boy slept peacefully with small puffs of air coming from his mouth.

Waking up wasn't something he ever thought would be possible...ever again. So imagine his surprise when one seconds there was just darkness and then, the next seconds an explosion took over his senses. It would then bring him to where he is right now; on a king-sized bed. Looking upward to the ceiling, it was colored in a soft amber, in the middle a bulb clear in the view.

He stood on the bed for some seconds, his arms stretched on each of his sides then got up on a sitting position, his body strangely feeling lighter, more airy.

"I didn't become a ghost...right?" he asked to himself stupidly, slightly excited at the thought of becoming a ghost.

He looked down at his body, expecting a transparent body but instead he found a silver pajama...he stared at the hand he just moved to see that it was made in bones and meat, they were smaller than the ones he has normally too which were tan-colored compared to those snow-colored ones he has now, the scar from the dog-bite he had when he was young disappearing to let a scar less skin behind.

His breathing accelerated as the shock took over his mind, standing in four as he walked like a dog toward the side of the bed, his bare feet finally touching the cold floor as he stood up, his eyes looking around to see he was in a soft amber-colored room with a stone floor. There wasn't much in the room, just a bed, some shelves full of books, a table and a chair and a closet.

After some exploring, he saw two doors, one near the bed and one to the other side of the room, obviously he checked the one near the bed. He opened the door with a small 'crack' and indeed, the sigh that greeted him was those of a spacious, rectangular bathroom with a shower, a round bathtub and a sink with glass fixtures. The sink is set into a stone counter. The floor is made in stone and the walls are painted in colors that reminds him of a coral reef. Light is provided by the ceiling lights as he twitch it on.

It looked overall very modern.

The thing that took completely his attention was the full-body silver mirror. From the mirror a small face with wide eyes looked back at him in shock. His small hands moved to his cheeks and pinched as the boy in the mirror did the same thing;

"No fucking way" he muttered as he pinched one more time his cheek, making them turn even redder than they are. After some seconds he forced his body to walk toward the full-body mirror.

The mirror showed a boy with short green hair and big green eyes surrounded by long, curvy eyelashes giving him the face of a doll. The face was small with pinkish cheek, one redder than the other and red lips. The boy seems to be fourteen years old, standing at an height of 5'0" (1m52). He was wearing a silver-colored pajama on his petite form.

"What the fucking hell?" he mutters lazily, poking at the mirror to make sure this is not some sort of joke even though he knows it isn't one... "Damn...never expected to be victim of a transmigration"

He has read lots of transmigration and reincarnation novels since his twelve years old but he never expected it to happen to him one day...he did wish sometimes but he didn't really want it to happen as it would mean he would never see his parents again even if they fight a lot.

"Mom...dad..." he muttered sadly as he started crying, crouching and letting his head fall on his crossed arms. Seconds passed to minutes and finally, he forced his crying to hiccups, looking up once again to see those green eyes turn red.

He feel strange to see a unfamiliar face on the mirror...in his past body he was the typical Japanese with black hair and black eyes, he had freckles on his tanned skin and he didn't stood out, at least he was tall but looking at the boy in the mirror...he couldn't help but sigh.

He didn't know if to cry or to laugh.

"Well..." he got up from his crouching position "Need to find who...ugh!"

Suddenly a sharp pain passed through his head;

"Wha-"

Memories stared flooding on his head and he nearly screamed in pain. Those were the memories of a boy with a rich family but...his parents didn't like him, he was but a nuisance for them. At first the boy had a kind personality but with time he changed, becoming cold and cynical...he was a genius.

The owner of this body is called Kunieda Mikio.

"Kunieda...Mikio?" he said aloud.

He remembers that name from somewhere but...where?

He started searching around his memories until finally, he found what he was searching...Kunieda Mikio was the first victim from the novel he was reading before dying. The boy was fourteen but because he was a genius he went into the school two years earlier with those who are sixteen. He was found the second day of school dead, having been killed with a knife on his heart...he was mentioned just one time.

He furrowed his eyebrows as he thought about the cause of death of this body...Mikio had an heart attack at the same time than he died...instead of dying being killed at the school.

He gulped...is someone out here making fun of him?

He refuses to die a second time!
