Chapter 7: Chapter 6: Discovered Game System
"This is what you were planning from the start when you allowed me to follow you, right?"
"Y-You're wrong! I- Mmmgh!"
I didn't give her an opportunity to speak by licking the tip of her ear that I blew on earlier. In response, she let out a rather suppressed kind of moan. I was covering her mouth with only my left hand's two fingers inserted inside her mouth and she didn't even resist. My right hand meanwhile continued to grope her petite chest, I felt this is wrong but I was enjoying myself for some reason. Why am I like this? Have I always been this bold before? One thing for sure, it has got to be one of the side-effects of my skills since I need to do these kinds of things with a girl I love to obtain Affection Points. But it seems really worth doing this if it means I can use that skill again. By far, I know that the best method in acquiring points according to my skill description is through kissing.
With a sudden thought, I knew that my body was feeling hot. And the sight of Pellet-chan through the mirror's reflection accepting what I'm doing to her made my heart skip a beat. I slowly removed my two fingers from her mouth, there was an outline of her liquids connected to my fingers, but I saw her complexion was showing some signs of sadness. Does she want them back in? Well, maybe that won't be needed.
I used my right arm to make her turn her face towards me. As expected, we are face to face but she's looking elsewhere out of embarrassment. I slowly leaned myself closer to land a kiss, she still showed no signs of resistance. But...
We heard someone knocking behind the door. I couldn't go there because of what I'm currently doing. It effectively knocked me back to my senses, I'm glad I got disturbed. Or else I could have crossed the line.
I moved my head away from Pellet-chan who was currently immobile from embarrassment. She wasn't a noisy individual so she just sat there silently, folding her hands against her face which may be to hide her reddish face.
"What is it?"
I demanded through the door in a clearly displeased voice. I only opened the door of our bathroom, I don't need to go near the door when I'm naked.
"Miss, dinner is starting. Please come downstairs to eat with the other customers."
Ah. I completely forgot why we took a bath. It was to clean ourselves before dinner.
"We will be there in a few minutes!"
I shouted to him in response.
"Yes, we understand."
I heard some footsteps outside meaning the owner has left and went downstairs. I turned my head to look at Pellet-chan.
But I realized I'm now wet.
"Eh?"
Pellet-chan was holding an iron bucket full of lukewarm water and poured it on me mercilessly.
"Get down. I'm going to wash your body."
I did what she told me and sat down. I guess it was my turn to be washed by her. We did agree earlier that after I wash her body, she will wash mine. Until now, it's a mystery why she keeps agreeing to what I tell her.
Other than how she washed my well developed chest, she didn't do anything else more perverted than I did to her earlier. I was let down, hmph.
"What are you sulking for? Let's get out of here and change clothes."
"Hm."
I listened to her in no spirits and got out of the bathroom without a towel. It was at this time I realized that I had nothing in this world. Not even extra clothes to change to, or a towel. I once again made a blank expression which means I'm in deep trouble.
"..."
Pellet-chan noticed this quickly and took out a white fur towel, she looked at me with her usual 'I don't need to speak, figure it out yourself' look and started wearing a new set of clothes similar to the ones she wore earlier.
After I had finished wrapping the towel around myself to dry up, I got fascinated and watched her wearing a black bra with blue linings. Any girl would look so sexy in this kind of situation that my heart began racing again. Her wet silky hair swayed beautifully and her lips were in some way, so seductive.
"Why do you always look at me like a pervert when we're both women..."
"Ahaha, it's just that Pellet-chan has a really nice figure."
For a second, her eyes which were observing me flinched. But she closed it slowly and wore a dignified smile on her face.
"Is that so..."
"By the way, do you have any extra underwears?"
"..."
"..."
Ofcourse, I also need underwear. I can't go around walking outside without wearing any panties or bra.
"Are you fine with mine?"
"Absolutely yes, without a doubt, please give."
"You really are strange."
She didn't say it in a bad way, she was even smiling. She casually took out a wardrobe from her storage ring. Just like her large staff, it was sudden and looked so bizarre that it made me feel like this really is another world.
She opened it and I saw only a tiny glimpse of what's inside since she was doing her best to hide it from me. It was a drawer for all her clothes, I could see dresses for several occasions and also those to adapt to cold or harsh environments. Could she possibly be a traveler?
"Here, try this on."
She threw me a white set that she took from the wardrobe to let me size it.
"This should do, it's too big for me but it should fit properly for you."
I tried it on and she seemed right about that. It felt a tiny bit tight but other than that, it was good enough until I buy myself new clothes.
"Your armor doesn't have any of your body's smell and it still looks brand new."
Now she was inspecting my equipment.
D-Did she really smell my armor to know if it had my smell on it? This naughty little pervert...
"Don't get the wrong idea, I was just curious about your armor."
Well, she is right. This armor was one of my game character's favorite equipment. It has considerably high defence and some powerful defensive stats that I'll keep secret for now. Plus, I don't know how it is here, but in my game, equipment don't break by sustaining sufficient damage or running out of durability points as they have none. Speaking of equipment, I have all four out of five, where is my weapon? As I wondered, I came to realize that it's not really something that was attached to my character. It was my only 6-Star item which was the second highest grade there was in my game, and it had a function of disappearing when I don't use it. How can I summon it? Come to think of it, what was it's name again?
"Bane Of True Evil."
At my chant, holy light poured down in front of me and formed an ash colored sword blade with a golden handle and intricate writings all over it's figure. It was all in japanese, and what were written were random elements.
"What was that just now?"
Pellet-chan saw how I summoned my sword out of nothing. I think it's best if I come up with a story rather than telling her the truth. It's more fun that way.
"This is a sword I have obtained a long time ago through my hard work."
I didn't lie about that... I spent many days and nights working on my part time jobs during summer break at my second year college just to roll several times on my game's Gacha system. Until finally, for the first time in my life I got an extremely rare item that noone could get unless they worked as hard as me or were just rich as hell to begin with, and money wasn't the only thing important here, but this weapon had a 0.006% drop rate. That's how rare it was. Several times I even wanted to give up on getting a 6-Star Item.
Remembering those old times, bitter tears formed on one eye. Pellet-chan who saw this couldn't help but believe what I said and we went downstairs after I wore back my armor. As I didn't need my sword, it disappeared on it's own the moment I thought I wanted it to disappear.
Right now we are at the center since there weren't any other places Pellet-chan liked than this particular seat.
A handmaid asked for what food we would like and Pellet-chan curtly answered with the names of vegetables and plants from this world. I'm already eating one right now. And these things... Are definitely tasting and looking similar to the vegetables we had on Earth. And I didn't favor vegetables as much.
On the other hand, looking at my partner, she seems to be enjoying herself. Like a little girl enjoying sweets. Well, I did discover that elves are fond of plantlife rather than eating meat in my previous life.
"Come to think of it, what is your name?"
I felt dumbfounded and so shocked I splurted out the water I was drinking at a young adventurer.
"H-Hey! What the hell?!"
Looking at his appearance, he seems to be that spear user from earlier who tried to hurry me when registering as an adventurer.
"I-I'm so sorry!"
"O-Ohh so it's you, nice to meet you again! And it's okay!"
He was suddenly very nice when he saw my face and trotted off like nothing happened along with his party which was comprised of five tall men including him.
"You're quite popular, aren't you."
It was too late for me to notice that Pellet-chan was glaring at me like a demon before I calmed her down after I shoved a carrot in her mouth out of fear. She calmed down relatively fast, but she continued to glare at me even when chewing that carrot which made her look like a mad rabbit.
Ah, and I forgot to introduce myself properly. I was interrupted earlier so I'll do it now. And I'll make it something loud enough that she could hear so I won't embarrass myself by repeating.
"E-Ehem! M-My name is Seven Clavery! My origin is a secret. I am 16 years old and I..."
I was going to say my sexuality, but I couldn't. I was in public. I once did this in my previous world, but it didn't go so well. Even if I'm in this world with different concepts, it was still so hard for me to be open about it.
"I want to get along with everyone..."
Originally, my introduction was only for Pellet-chan. But for some reason, everyone here heard it, did I come out too loud?
"Good evening, Seven-san! We'll be in your care!"
"Nice to meet you, Seven-chan!"
"How cute!"
"Let's get along well, Seven-san!"
Various greetings erupted around me. I forgot I was at the center of the inn's tavern. I feel so embarrassed that my lips were quivering and my face was in heat. Any moment now, I would burst and run back to my room with how much attention is being given to me... But... It's rude to ignore them.
"Th-Thank you vewy much!"
I greeted and thanked everyone who cheerfully welcomed me. That experience, will I ever get the chance to have it again?
After we finished eating, with a smile on my face that I couldn't seem to remove, we returned back to our room at the third floor.
When we returned, Pellet-chan instantly laid on her bed as if tired. I sat on mine as well.
"I will head on to bed early... I am exhausted..."
Said Pellet-chan who was stuffing her face on a pillow and muffling her voice almost entirely. However, I didn't seem to be sleepy in the slightest. Come to think of it... I don't feel anything like a need to go to the toilet either... Usually I go before sleeping but, I'm not even feeling like it. And did I even get hungry earlier? Did I ever get tired when doing the quest? No way. Why?
Is this body just superhuman or...
This body is still connected to the game's system?
In my game, there was no such thing as physical fatique, hunger, thirst, or any need to do most things a human needs to do to survive as an organism. That would only make sense if that was the case.
If that's the case...
"Hey Pellet-chan, are you asleep yet?"
"Almost, you idiot..."
She glared at me again after lifting her head off the pillow covering her adorable face. She's cute even when she's mad!
"Do you have any books I can read? I don't feel sleepy at all."
"Kay..."
She lazily brought out a large book shelf from the storage ring. And after that, she was gone again. Back to sleep.
I found her sleeping posture really cute. So I had an idea, stood up, lifted my 70 kilogram or so bed and placed it next to Pellet-chan's bed. Afterwards, I looked through the books in the bookshelf for any topic I'd like to read.
It took me a total of 20 minutes to browse and eventually pick something that I want to learn about.
What fascinated me the most was 'The Basic Magic Spells by Quiaber Wimbleton'.
I am interested in magic, but I wouldn't be as interested as I am now if I didn't have an affinity for it. If perhaps I got a low evaluation in magic aptitude instead of an excellent one like I have now, I would ofcourse throw magic aside. I'm not that interested.
I know that my limits in reading books is that, I can read an 850 page book within a few weeks so something like this 800 paged one will take that long as well. But since this is a fantasy world, there's bound to be a huge difference with how I can possibly take months or years to read and understand all this. Afterall, according to novels and stuff, magic takes years to master. The protagonists are just always so nonsensical that it disappoints me how rubbish they are.
But putting those thoughts of mine aside, it's time to start learning the basics by myself. If I find anything hard, I'll just ask someone like Pellet-chan to help me with it.
