Hei Lan is the kind of person that has face paralysis,no matter what what happens, his face remains the same no expression whatsoever. Besides seeing cats.
When he saw a cat on the side of the road,he wanted to go touch it,but for some random reason truck-kun was heading straight towards him.Dayum,he died.
Somehow he's bound with the "Cat System".
