Chapter 118: Kyoto
It was approximately ten minutes after the bullet train had left Tokyo station. Kiba went and sat beside Issei's empty seat.
Issei looked at him and dapped Kiba up. Issei had a change of heart after hanging out more and more with the Knight. He doesn't hate him anymore, he now sees him as a brother from another mother.
He doesn't need to hate him because of how handsome he was, he's handsome himself as well.
"What's up?" Issei asked as he leaned his face against the window, watching the sea of buildings passing by him in a blur.
"I wanna know your itinerary once you get there. Where do you plan to go tomorrow? " Kiba asked while drinking a Starbucks green tea he bought before getting on the train.
"Starting our tour from Sanjuusangen-do, you?" Issei asked back.
" From the temple of Kiyomizu-dera. And then Ginkaku-ji and Kinkaku-ji. Though these three places are a bit distant from one another, if we put in the effort to finish the most famous places in the first two days, then we can take it easy the third day and advance from Tenryuu-ji." He asked and took another sip of the tea.

"We have arrived at Kyoto Prefecture presently."
After the announcement, Issei quickly dashed out of the bullet train and took his first step in the much anticipated ancient capital.
"Hey guys! Stop daydreaming! If we don't get to the meeting point which is the lobby of the hotel, we won't have any free time for activities this afternoon!" Kiryuu who took the role of coordinator, called them with a rare seriousness on her face.
Issei was originally supposed to be the team leader, but he was extremely bad with directions so he passed the role to Kiryuu who gladly took it in him.
"Woah. Kyoto Tower, it's tall just like the brochure said it was." Motohama muttered while Matsuda took out his Canon camera and took photos of it.
It turned out the hotel was just a few minutes walk away. It was also easy to find by following all of the other students who wore the same winter uniform as them.
A few minutes away from the station was a massive high class hotel. Its name was the 'Kyoto Sirzechs Hotel'. As a side note, also nearby was the 'Kyoto Serafall Hotel' under construction.
"I can't tell if these guys are narcissists or they just want us to feel grateful." Kiba grumbled.
"Tch! One day I'm gonna build a bigger and grander hotel than his, and I'm gonna name it the 'Hyoudou Issei Hotel' just to show them who's the true narcissist here. " Issei grumbled, making Kiba chuckled, the devil and angel girls giggled at his small joke.
"Where does the school even find the budget for this? Peasants like us don't deserve to stay here." Matsuda muttered while taking photos of the exterior of the medieval times-like luxurious hotel.
"I'm just glad we aren't living in the woods, dude." Motohama grumbled.
" High class devils really are something.... " Xenovia whispered as she couldn't stop looking around the hotel.
Even if she's been in the majestic Gremory Castle before, she could not help but marvel at the luxurious hotel in front of her.
After showing their student identifications to the attendants, they were given detailed instructions to the lobby.
The decor was simply too luxurious for everyone. Even Issei was surprised at how grand everything looked. Even the telephone looked like it cost thousands of dollars.
Matsuda was taking photos of everything. The large bright chandelier, the plants to even the floor of the waiting area they were currently standing in.
Going inwards a bit from the waiting area, they saw the entrance to the lobby. In that vast and spacious lobby, many of the Kuoh Academy students are already gathered there.
After the meeting time arrived, each class began to take a roll call and confirm their numbers. Everyone sat on the sparkling floor of the lobby while half listening to the teacher's announcements.
They were all looking around the hotel they were going to be staying in. No one could blame them. Even Issei was in a trance with all of the luxury around him.
He saw Azazel and Rossweisse discussing something amongst themselves. He would have to get the information gently from Rossweisse later.
But then it was Rossweisse's turn to speak to the students. She stood up and looked at the students awaiting for her words.
"There is a 100 yen shop in the underground shopping centre of Kyoto. If you need anything, please go there. You can never be too careful with your pocket money. If you start being a big spender in your student years, you will grow up into an unreliable adult."
"Money is what makes the world flow. If you buy everything you want, you will run out of money soon. So please, settle for the 100 yen shop, the 100 yen shop is Japan's treasure. " Rossweisse explained enthusiastically. Issei chuckled. Rossweisse glared at him.
" You need to pay attention, Issei! I saw you eating a bowl of ramen that cost over the amount that it should've!" Rossweisse scolded. Everybody chuckled or snickered at him
" Oh come on, Rossweisse! You ordered half the menu while you were there with me! And you dare talk about spending money smartly! " Issei replied with a smirk on his face. Rossweisse blushed and started stuttering.
" Wh-what are you talking about?! I wasn't there with you! St-stop spouting nonsense!" Rossweisse stuttered, feeling very flustered. Everyone looked between the two of them in shock.
" Damn. He even rizzed up the hottest teacher in school and went on a date with her." Matsuda grumbled while looking at his phone, texting someone. Motohama sighed.
" That Issei for you I guess, there's no boundaries for his harem."
" Please take note of the above points. After putting away your luggage in your rooms, it is freeactivities until 5pm, but please don't wander too far away. Best to stick to the area around theKyoto train station. Please be back to your rooms by 5:30!" Another teacher announced.
" Yes, teacher!! "
And thus finished the roll call in the lobby, as well as various reminders about the hotel and the afternoon activities. Everyone took their luggage and received their respective room keys from the attendants at the lobby entrance.
"Hey, Issei! Catch!"
Issei looked at Azazel who threw a key at him. Issei caught it effortlessly and looked at it.
"It's your own private room prepared by Rias so that discussions will be held there easily. " Azazel explained. Issei looked at him.
" I swear if my room is a fucking dump, tell Rias I'm gonna get her pregnant when I arrive back at Kuoh Town." Issei told him. Azazel laughed and patted his shoulder before walking away.
The rooms the Kuoh students were staying in were spacious western style bedrooms for two,with two massive beds and a full view of the scenery around Kyoto station from the window.
Issei sighed as he stood in front of the door to his hotel room that he was going to stay during his trip in Kyoto.
"The door looks nice. Let's hope the room is just as nice." Issei grumbled and unlocked the door with his room key. When he entered the room, he was baffled.
"Oh this is what I'm talking about! Thank you so much Rias." Issei smiled as he made a mental note to thank her later. He took off his shoes and socks. He proceeded to explore the room he was staying in. Needless to say, it was fit for a King. [Pic]
He put his luggage in the closet beside the bed and continued exploring the luxurious room.
*Knock knock!!*
After hearing the knock on his door, Issei went to open it. It was Rossweisse and she was wearing a red tracksuit.
She smiled at him. "I can tell you're very satisfied about your room. " She pointed out. Issei grinned and grabbed her hand. He invited her into his room and they sat on the couch together.
Rossweisse blushed deeply as Issei wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her to him so that she was leaning into him. Issei sighed and put his head on top of hers.
"This is the life... You smell good, Rossweisse." Issei commented while sniffing the fragrant smell of Rossweisse's silky hair.
"Th-thanks." Rossweisse stuttered shyly while having a big blush on her face.
"Please let me go... If people caught us like this.... It would cause a large scandal. " Rossweisse warned him. Issei chuckled.
" Rossweisse, every single person in Kuoh Town knows that I have a harem. They don't question it and don't make a fuss about it." Issei muttered. Rossweisse sighed.
"I know. It's just that I can't sit here with you for long. I have duties as a teacher of the academy. " Rossweisse replied. Issei hummed.
" Give me a goodbye kiss first or I'll never let you leave this room. " Issei teased her while grinning mischievously. Rossweisse blushed up a storm.
" Wh-wha??" Rossweisse was too stunned to speak. Issei sighed.
"We're boyfriend and girlfriend now right? Odin said so. Kissing should be normal for couples like us." Issei muttered. Rossweisse was still stunned by his forwardness. He sighed.
"Well, I'll take your silence as a yes then." Issei grumbled and leaned into her face. Rossweisse reacted fast enough to pucker up her lips.
