Chapter 23: Bad holiday, first day.

Hello, whoever that’s reading this right now. It’s me, Emma, the victim of the story you’ve been reading. And before you ask how I’M the victim, hush. I’m still getting to the good….or no, wait, the bad parts. I decided to tell the story like this for better understanding and not to justify myself or whatever, and to get the story moving smoother.

So we’re past the part where we’ve gotten our results and how horrible it was. My mom totally went crazy over the holiday. The xbox that I and my brother were so excited to play, we couldn’t. Why? Because we failed. She didn’t fail to remind us about that ugly fact at every chance she got. I remember one time, I was using the phone that I found to read a book on wattpad and I was in the sitting room. That was my mistake.

My mom was passing by, on her way upstairs when she saw me. She stopped and stared for a while, before she frowned.
