Chapter 2: Floating Cloud City
'Xia Qingyue... a beautiful name...'
"Well, Hi, Ms Qingyue. I have come from a tribal group inside the forest. Recently, there has been a monster attack on our village, and I could be counted among a few of the surviving individuals."
'Holy shit... I am even talented in lying. Oh... now I know the meaning of the quote, 'Answer to every question, lies with thy self.''
Continuing on where I left, I added, "You see, I have never been out of my village, and I don't know anyone around, who would tell me more about this place."
"Hm..." she looked over in my eyes for some time, and then, much to my relief, nodded saying, "Fine"
She, then turned towards the guards and said, as if it is an order, "Let him in." and then, faced me saying, "Go, and if you face any more troubles, speak out my name. There is hardly anyone, who would dare disobey."
She left just like that.
I asked the guards, whose eyes lingered on the beauty's back, but a bit below the belt, "You guys, could you tell me who she was?"
The guards were broken from their trance-like state, a bit angry mixed with a bit of shame, as one of them spoke out, "She is young mistress of the Xia Clan, Xia Qingyue. Your brat's luck is out of this world, to have been graced by her presence. Oh right, don't try to go after her, she already has a fiance, that bastard... Hm, never mind, just remember she's out of your league."
'I have to get into the city and get more information about where I am.'
I bade them farewell as he made his way into the city.

30 mins later, I came out of the store dressed in a fresh attire. More than being new and fashionable,
I choose a bit rusty so I do not shine out in the crowd.
"Thank You so much, Ms Suzan. I will definitely give in some good points to the Ms Qingye."
"Oh honey, the pleasure is all mine. Please do revisit our store, whenever you need any clothes. We will offer 20% discount on every purchase you make."
"Sure."
I have to leave before this lady tries to sell more clothes.
"It's very difficult to interact with young ladies. You need to control yourself."

I am now standing in front of the inn, where I first came.
'Yama Inn: Lodging Services' was the name written on the board at the top.
"Let's go and find a place to stay."
I pushed the door and went in. Looking at the hallway I knew that I had made the right choice.
The hallway reminded me of our house. It was similar in size but lacked ancient noble aura that was present in 'Uchiha' clan.
"Hello, how may I help you?" asked the receptionist.
'O Lord! A beauty again. What has happened with my luck index lately. Most of the times, I have to fight against deadly ninjas' that are after your lives, and now I am surrounded with nothing but ladies... ripe and mature... ready to be plucked away.'
I tried to maintain my calm and control my inner emotions and responded to her, "Hi, I looked over at the vacancy on the outside. So, I came in hoping that I would be the lucky one to get it."
"Oh, I am really sorry about that. The vacancy has just been filled in. You are late by an hour. I am extremely sorry about that."
"What... but I do need this job. Ain't there any way I could get one?"
"No sir, I am extremely sorry about that."
