Hiroyuki, making his Curse Energy explode out of his body, is one of the first steps for doing the Core Reformation, the very thing he's trying to achieve currently.
He simply had to empty out his entire body from Curse Energy to start the thing. However, it will only happen for a couple of seconds because immediately after that, he will need to then gradually absorb those expelled CE back into his body.
Or more specifically, his heart. So soon, the massive amount of CE lingering around the air will all be focused and directed toward his Heart.
That's pretty much the plan here.
"Uck!" Painful gasps started escaping out of Hiroyuki's mouth as he started the absorption.
Well, It is a painful process. Hiroyuki, having done this in the past, already expected to be assaulted with an extreme amount of pain the moment he started this entire process. He's literally inflating and pumping his Heart right now with tons of curse energy, and even though it has a unique nature, it's still a type of negative energy in the end.
His Heart almost bursts out even upon the initial contact, thank goodness Hiroyuki has immaculate control over his CE so he managed to avoid such a terrible outcome.
All in all, It would be weirder actually if he did not suffer any backlash from doing this kind of thing. Which, from an outside perspective, is just outright insane.
But, even though the pain he's feeling right now is already enough to make a normal person go unconscious immediately, with his ton of experience paired with a very strong mind and will, he is managing to continue the process without any problems at all.
This entire phase would continue to go on for almost an hour. By then, the Curse Energies that used to linger around the entire room were already compressed in Hiroyuki's heart, holding it all together as tightly as he could.
With that, Hiroyuki didn't waste any more time and went straight to phase two.
Slowly but surely, he started pushing and dispersing the CE that had built up in his heart. But there's a slight catch to it. He's not just simply letting it all go, he's dispersing it in a way that all of it would go through all the veins and the major artery that is connected to the Heart, making the CE flow and circulate throughout his body in the process.
Hiroyuki is basically copying how the Heart normally functions when it's distributing Blood throughout the entire body, just that, in this case, he's making his Heart pump not only blood but, Curse energies as well.
Now for this phase, Hiroyuki would take another hour before he finally managed to remove the built-up CE in his heart and make it all circulate throughout his entire body.
This was probably the most painful and tiring two hours of his entire life so far. Not including the past one of course. In any case, Hiroyuki just wants nothing right now but to lie down on his bed and rest already.
Unfortunately, he is still pretty far from being done. Making the CE circulate around his body is just one thing. Reinforcing the veins, arteries, and basically every organ so it doesn't get damaged by the continuously flowing, condensely packed negative energies in them, and syncing the flow of his CE along with the beat of his heart so it safely stabilizes, is an entirely different process.
Not to mention that these last two processes are probably the most time-consuming because this part cannot be rushed. He basically planted a new organ inside him, his body would need time to adapt before they fully accepted and finally decide to coexist with it.
Otherwise, a huge and possibly critical problem might arise soon. Something he clearly doesn't want.
That's why...
"... Alright, here goes round three."
After making a huge sigh, Hiroyuki closed his eyes once again and started focusing back on the CE inside his body.
Another painful process would soon begin... again.

Innate Techniques. A thing that is referred to by many Jujutsu Sorcerers as a blessing from heaven. Simply because, if one possesses such a thing, there is a pretty big chance that they could make their name rise and ring across the entire Jujutsu Society.
It's basically the determiner of whether one has a potential or not.
Now, most Clans, especially the big three clans, obviously possess powerful Innate techniques of their own. Not only that but, those Innate Techniques are also, inheritable, meaning, it's only unique to their Clan.
Hence why they have their current statuses.
For reference...
There's the prized Blood Manipulation of the Kamo Clan.
Then the Zenin Clan for Projection Scorcery and Ten Shadows, although they are much famous for their mastery over Martial Arts and usage of Curse Tools.
And then, there's the Gojo Clan with their Limitless and Six Eyes. Which is arguably, the strongest even when compared to the Inhereted Techniques of the other big Clans. Actually, the moment someone was born with these two together, the status of the Gojo clan is immediately rocketed to the very top as a powerhouse.
That's how ridiculously strong it is.
Unfortunately, given the power this Inhereted technique possesses, as if to give some balance in everything, not only is this phenomenon extremely rare and only happens every hundreds of years, but also, only one bearer of this Technique can exist at some point in time.
Specifically, the Six Eyes. Since the Limitless Technique, although not common, is not as rare as the Six Eyes.
Even at the current point in time, one of the elders and the current Head of the Gojo Clan possess the Limitless Technique.
However, only through the usage of the Six Eyes, one can truly master the Limitless Technique. That's why, although they possessed one of their beloved ICTs, the Gojo clan currently falls under the two big clans because the current Limitless Users can simply not bring their highest potential.
And as if that news wasn't sad enough already for the entirety of the Gojo Clan, there's also the fact that the status of them being the weakest among the three would go on for hundreds of years more.
It's all because of the most 'recent' incident within the clan. And by recent means, a hundred or so years ago.
It's when a baby, who has both the Six Eyes and Limitless, finally appears once again in this world. Sadly, the celebration of the clan was cut off because, before he could even rise to the greatness he was destined for, the baby was killed by an assassin a couple of weeks after he was just born.
And according to the records, it will take the Clan another hundreds of Years before those two Inherited Techniques make their appearance once again. Meaning, that for roughly around 350 years or more, they will keep the title of the weakest amongst the big three Clans.
Although the Gojo Clan has some pretty powerful Jujutsu Sorcerers, and a couple of rising stars, one of them being the most likely head of the clan in the future, Gojo Hiroyuki, who showed enough potential that even the other Clans started showing their interest already, it seems that it isn't enough still.
The Gojo clan, or basically every Clan, already knew that they would remain in their current position no matter what they did. That they wouldn't rise unless another Six Eyes user came into play. Which unfortunately for them, shows no sign of any happening yet.
So, given the situation, anyone could surely understand the ridiculous expression that everyone, literally everyone within the Jujutsu Society made, when they all suddenly found out that, even though it's only been a hundred or so years since the last one happened...
Another Six Eyes user was born in this world.
