Chapter 4: Chapter 3
A little bit of a short chapter today
When I got to the dining room table I saw everyone sitting there except for three people. Ron was still getting up, and Bill and Charlie were at Hogwarts right now. Bill was in his fifth year, and Charlie was in his third year. Bill and Charlie were both doing pretty good in school. Now that I think about it, the only Weasley in the movies and book that did terribly in school was Ron. How the hell did he even manage to be the only one that bad? I shrug to myself and sit down and start to eat my breakfast.
As I was eating dad looked over at me " So son what made you get up early and make breakfast. Not that I'm not happy about it. It's just you have never been up this early or cooked in your whole life," dad said curiously. I give him a small shrug.
" I just felt like it. It's not that surprising is it?" I said to him,
" It is," both Fred and George said at the same time. I guess that it is a little surprising since I would always be in my mind palace at this hour.
" Well I'll have you know I plan to start getting up early. I figured that I should start exercising a little. You know I don't want to get fat," I said to them. When I said that there was silence. Everyone looked at me like I just said something unbelievable. I wonder if I should be offended at this point. Mom rushes over to me and hugs my head.
" My baby boy is finally starting to grow up. Arthur got the camera." Mom said. I pull away from her with my face red in embarrassment.
" They grow up so fast don't they, George." Fred says while wiping a nonexistent tear from his face.
" You guys are overreacting. It's not that big of a deal," I tell them. After a few minutes of teasing me Ron comes down the stairs and starts to join in when he hears what I said. " Ok, can we move on now. God you guys can be annoying sometimes." I turn my head away from them and smile to myself when I say that.
After we all eat breakfast everyone looks at me and Ron and smiles. " Happy birthday Ron and Daniel'' Mom and dad hug us both, Percy gives us a small smile, and Fred and George stick their tongue out at us before running off to do who knows what.
The rest of the day was filled with playing around with one another. I also reread some potion books as well. I would have reread the books about magic, but to be honest they were kind of useless for me. I mean I read many different books about magic from different worlds, and Harry Potter magic was kind of easy compared to other worlds. I mean with the magic in Harry Potter it's not that complicated. As long as you know the spell name and the wand movements correct and you practice the spell a little you kind of did it. You don't have to understand the spell or the theories behind it to cast it. I mean I read magic books where you had to study not only how the magic works and the theories, but where you had to build a correct magic circle from memory just to be able to cast it. Now that was difficult magic. There was also some world where emotions play a big part in your magic like in the world of fairy tail. Where if you don't have control over your emotions it could be bad in a battle and affect your magic, or if you're not strong enough for a spell the magic can literally just kill you.
