Hello there.
The names General Ke-*cough* I mean, my name is Grace, and unlike the MCs of most other reincarnation fanfics you might have read, I'm not exactly your average Joe whose only redeeming point is being a creepy closet pervert with dreams of having a harem.
But as you may have read in the synopsis, I don't really like talking about my past, so let's leave it at that.
Anyway, as you all probably already know, I'm dead.
Yay.
What, did you expect some awesome manner of death like getting sent flying by Truck-kun or Plane-kun or even Car-kun? No way man, I'm not an idiot who doesn't know traffic rules. And I travel by air most of the time too.
How did I die, then? I jumped off the Empire State Building, free-fell several hundred feet, and then splat!
That's it. I didn't even feel the pain. And they say cutting your wrist is a painless way of death. Heh.
Well, I'm pretty sure my hot and muscular body I spent many summers training to hit on girls turned into modern art, but eh, whatever. At least I contributed to society, or to the society of whoever is sick enough to look at what I've become without having their stomachs churn.

Ah, you're probably wondering how I know how my body splattered against the pavement if I'm dead, aren't you?
Of course, the answer to that question is the short and flat-as-a-washboard loli Goddess floating in front of me, who waved away the image of my death that she had been showing me.
"Done with your monologue?", asked said loli Goddess with the same cute smile on her face as she waited for me patiently the whole time I was monologuing for the readers.
What a nice and polite loli. She deserves head pats! Now if only I actually have hands…
Unfortunately, I'm currently nothing more than an orb of light which I assume is my soul.
"Yo loli-chan! Can you help me change my current body? Nothing against orbs of light but I think I prefer being human."
The loli in question blinked her large sapphire-like eyes and chuckled.
"I'm used to being referred to as the 'Loli Goddess' in the thoughts of all the people who come from your planet, but it's the first time someone called me that so openly."
She snapped her fingers Thanos-style, and the next moment, instead of the orb of light a.k.a. me and the loli floating in pitch black space, I find myself in my hard-earned hot and muscular body lying down on a grassy meadow.
*inhale deeply*
"Ah…So fresh. This place is awesome loli-chan."
I give the blue haired loli a thumbs up, making her laugh softly.
I had gone trekking in the mountains and had to survive in dense forests and jungles more times that I would care to count, but as expected, nothing beats the fresh scent of nature tinged with the fragrance of flowers.
"So? What happens now, loli-chan? The usual reincarnation stuff or is there a twist to make the story more interesting?"
"Unfortunately…", the loli begins, "…there is no 'twist' as you call it. You get to spin six lottery wheels, one for your appearance, one for the world you will reincarnate into, one for your system, one for a random item, one for an ability, and the last for a random perk."
With another snap of her fingers, six hologram-like screens all showing a large wheel at the centre divided into several segments appear before me.
The loli plops down next to me as she looks at the windows with an excited smile.
"So~? What are you waiting for, quickly spin them~~!"
"Why are you so excited?", I ask as I took a side glance at her.
"Of course I'm excited!", she looked at me with her blue eyes shimmering like real sapphires, "I shut down my omniscience just for this moment! And since I've separated your fate from that of the rest of the reality, my own fate won't influence yours either!"
"Which means…?"
I had to admit, as much as I enjoyed watching anime and reading manga and novels, especially fanfics, I still had no clue what she was talking about. Does that make me a failure as a part-time otaku?
"It means what you get is completely random! Well, your appearance is locked to male, but still! You can turn into a hot Japanese anime character or into Spongebob! You can get something incredible powerful or you can get a rubber duck like the one a certain caped baldy owns!"
"Right…"
I didn't really like the fact that what would be my second chance at life would be dictated based on what I manages to get now entirely due to something as flimsy as 'luck'…
But eh, beggars can't be choosers right?
"Well then, why don't you do the spin for me, loli-chan?"
"Eh!? Can I? Really!?"
"Er, sure?"
I blinked in confusion. Since it's not the first time she's reincarnating someone, surely, at least one of the previous reincarnators was polite enough to ask her if she wanted to do the honours instead?
Alas, I didn't know how wrong I was at the time, but not like it really matters.
"Thank you!"
The loli hugged me with a bright smile, making me raise my brow in amusement as I chuckled.
I instinctively moved my hand to pat her head, which seemed to have surprised her, though she didn't take any action to say she didn't like it.
Instead, she shifted her body to sit on my lap, leaning back on my chest as she extended her hand towards one of the six screens.
"First, appearance…!"
With an excited grin, her pretty blue hair still being rubbed by me (now I know why anime MCs are addicted to this), she tapped the wheel in question, making it start spinning.
"Faster…faster…!"
"…"
Saying something that would be rather misleading without context (the readers that didn't understand right away, congrats, you aren't complete degenerates. Yet.), making my lips twitch lightly, she squirmed her body, grinding her hips and cute butt against my crotch.
'She's thirteen…maybe twelve…she's thirteen…maybe twelve…she's thirteen…maybe twelve…'
Repeating the same thing like a mantra, I didn't even have time to look at what appearance I got and how she moved on to another wheel.
'Wait, as a Goddess, isn't she technically ageless? So she's legal…? Shit.'
Well, that certainly didn't help my boner. Now I'm hard because of a cute little girl who looks like she hasn't graduated from elementary school sitting in my lap while squirming around.
'Man am I glad I don't have to worry about the FBI anymore…'
At that moment, my thoughts were interrupted by the loli exclaiming with a cheer.
"Yes! Jackpot!"
She lunged back into my chest while cutely raising her hands up.
Her action, typical of a little child, made my binder recede a little, making me sigh in relief, but…
"Eh?"
It seems I was too happy too soon.

The loli ground her butt against my boner, trying to get a feel of it, while I grit my teeth in frustration.
If I didn't know any better, I'd think she was taking revenge for me calling her loli-chan…!
I suddenly whip my head to her face, and was met with a smug smile and teasing eyes.

I gawked at her like an idiot for a moment, before I burst out laughing.
"Hahahaha! You got me loli-chan!"
I laughed as I let my binder rage, and it almost instantly shot up, reaching its full monstrous length.
"!!!"
This time it was the Loli who was surprised, and she blushed as she felt something 'big and hard and hot' in her own words press against her back.
"What's the matter, can't handle the adult stuff? Looks like you really are a little girl eh? Loli-chan."
I honestly don't know what got over me. Teasing who could possibly be an omnipotent being that was currently giving me a second chance at life? That was practically the definition of an idiot.
But perhaps it's because of how she acted exactly like a cute little sister in those rom-con anime rather than like a typical ROB? And I guess her appearance doesn't hurt either…
The loli in question suddenly pouted, even with her cheeks flushed a cute pink, and she snorted as she began to twist her waist, rubbing her cute ass against my hard-on.
"Woah woah woah, are you seriously trying to compete against me, loli-chan?"
The loli Goddess merely continued her actions with vigour in response, making me smirk.
"Well now…if you're going that far…!"
I suddenly stretch my hands out, moving them towards her petite body, and…
"Hiyaah!?"
Began tickling her sides.
"Hahaha! Puhahaha! Hiii! Wai-hahahaha! Hehehe! Wa-! Hahahahaha! No-hehehe!"
What, you though I'd lay my hands on someone who looks like she's barely past the age my own daughter would be if I had one?

*cough*
But still, I wasn't going to lay my hands on her just because we were teasing each other. It was just that, teasing, and making any other move would be sexual harassment.
And all my life, I've hated sexual assaulters with a vengeance. Helped the world by ridding it of quite a few of them too.
"Hahahaha! Staph! Hehehe! I! Hahahahaha! Hif haph! Hahahaha!"
"What's that loli-chan? Did you say 'give up' or was it 'hif haph'?"
"If aff! Fif-hahahahaha!"
She twisted and squirmed around, but it wasn't that hard for me to overpower her, considering how she seemed to actually use the physical strength of a little girl to try and push me away.
The two of us ended up rolling on the grassy ground, me tickling her sides and below her arm pits and on her stomach and even her feet, while she tried to escape my evil clutches.
"Muhahahaha! You are far too young to think about taking on an adult, little girl! Muhahahahaha!"
That was my evil villain laughter by the way. Sounds lame doesn't it?
The loli, finally being let out of my clutches, quickly scampered away before turning to me with her cheeks puffed out, breathing hard while her body looked flushed.
"No fair! Cheater! Meanie! Bad guy!"
So cute!
How can any creature be so cute!? Now I'm sure she was using her omnipotence or whatever to make herself look cuter.
I don't believe such a cute creature can naturally exist!
Looking at her cutely cursing me, I couldn't help but chuckle.
"Oh right, what did you manage to get me, loli-chan?"
"Dea."
"Hmm?"
"My name is Dea."
Oho? She introduced herself? Now that's surprising, but why not? It's not like getting closer to a cute omnipotent loli Goddess can be bad.
"Nice to meet you then, Dea-chan. My name is Grace, but you can call me onii-chan."
"Pervert."
I chuckled. What? Tell me you never dreamed of an adorable little sister calling you 'Onii-chan' while looking at you with her big, adorable eyes.
"Well? What did you get me, Dea-chan?"
"Right!"
It seemed that the topic of the lottery was something that's quite attractive to her, as she perked right up.
"I hit the jackpot! Although the item isn't that good…or the ability…but still!"
I looked at her funnily.
"What!? It's true! See for yourself!"
It seems my expression at how adorable she looked, depressed one moment and excited the next, was taken as my disbelief at her words, as she waved her hand, making six screens appear before me.
First was, of course, appearance, and there was a guy that was very hot and attractive, albeit less than me, standing in the screen with a smile.
"Gojo Satoru? Nice~!"
He was one of the characters I actually liked, and I like very few characters from anime, so getting his appearance, even if he's just slightly less handsome and less hit and less attractive then me, is still pretty good.
Then, on the second wheel…
"One punch man? Well, damn, I don't know weather to be happy or afraid…"
OPM happens to be one of my favourite anime and manga, and I've basically caught up with it already. Just waiting for the author to release more.
But if asked if I wanted to reincarnate in such a dangerous world? Where entire cities get razed to the ground on a nearly weekly basis?
And as a helpless baby at that?
"Wait, there's something else?"
I looked closely at the corner of the world, and found some words in extremely fine text present there.
"AU10+? What does that mean?"
