Chapter 1: Music Brought Us Together (BLACKPINK ROSÉ)
Y/n's POV
I was in my room, playing my favorite song on my favorite instrument. Without realizing i began to sing along. All of a sudden, i heard one of my neighbors knocking on their window. I smiled already knowing who it was.
"Singing again aren't we?" Rosé said in a jokingly voice after she raised her window. Rosé lives right beside me and we would talk from time to time. We had a lot in common.
We were both into the same type of music, played multiple instruments and would sing along to what we were playing. Sometimes we would sing with each other. I have to admit that i grew a crush on her over time. I doubt she feels the same though...
"You know it." i giggled.
"Well, keep it down. I can hear you even with my window closed." she smiled.
"How 'bout nah" i stuck my tongue out at her playfully. I started playing the instrument in my hands and singing with no intention of stopping.
"Maybe I'll just come over there and make you quiet."
Then i heard some shuffling and someone, most likely Rosé going down some creaky stairs. Next thing i know i heard the door bell ring. I smiled to myself and put the instrument down, i walked downstairs and opened the door to a smirking Rosé.
" Five seconds. Aren't you excited to see me?" she said looking at her watch then back at me. She laughed. A sound that would fill me to the brim with happiness even on my sad day.
"Well, are you coming in or are you just gonna stand there?"i said, shifting to the side so if she decides to come on, she can.
" I might as well. "she smiled. I blush and turned away to hide it. When i turned back, i realized that Rosé had bring her guitar here. Then she realized that i was looking at it and turned around to face me.
" Though that if i was going to come over night i might as well bring this." Rosé gestured towards the instrument in her hands. I nodded.
"Hmmm, well we might as well go to upstairs." i walked to my room where all my instruments were. Rosé trailed behind me, holding her guitar.
"What song do you wanna play?" Rosé asked.
"What about our favorite song?"
"Okay." our favorite song is just a song we made up. It was made a few weeks after i moved in.
I started playing on the keyboard and Rosé played her guitar. I started singing the Rosé started sing her part after. Then we sang together. We looked each other in the eyes a couple of times but the longest is when we finished the song.
We were a little breathless from singing. Rosé put her guitar down and walk towards me.
My breath hitched. Calm down Y/n.
"Y/n." she said in a breathless tone. She then back hugged me and i felt myself blushing again.
Oh, my heart rate was increasing. It this normal?
"I l-like you ever since you moved in. Hearing your voice from the very first time and seeing your personality. I-i just fell in love with every aspect of you." i could feel Rosé's breath against my ears when she said that words. I blush madly and turned to face her.
She's blushing too. Cute.
" I like you too, Rosiieeee. " Rosé smiled.
Now that i think of it, if it wasn't because of music i don't think we would be together right now.
I guess you could say that, Music brought us together.
