Chapter 1: Rift
Roran strolled nonchalantly on the stone-paved path. The brilliantly blue sky and the comforting breeze made the most lovely weather. Roran, absorbed in his own thoughts, didn't notice the sewer hole in front of him. It was open, and Roran fell straight into it.
"Damn..." Roran cursed
There was filth all over his t-shirt. The acrid stench wafted to him, and instinctively, Roran covered up his nose. Roran tried to get out, but the hole was too high and basically unreachable. Sighing, Roran walked towards a random direction aimlessly, just for the sake of walking.
Suddenly, Roran felt himself falling again. He was about to swear when a mechanical voice sounded in his mind.
[Rifter discovered...]
[Begin physical evaluation...]
[Rifter passed. Beginning transfer...]
