Chapter 3: {3}~New Home And Shopping~
{Enzo's POV}
After driving for 10 hours straight only stopping for bathroom breaks on the side of the line road and to refill the gas at near by gas stations and filling cup the gas cans with extra. We had driven out of the city which took an two hours then it another eight hours to get to New York. Just by road alone. We were getting close to New York, after getting there I wanted to go see a doctor for my pregnancy I also wanted to check out the systems more importantly the baby system. Time passed as I drove into New York at last it was 7:45 pm and the sun was setting. I drove on the busy street that seems to never be empty. Even during the night there are people walking and driving but less then there is during the day. I stopped at a red light so I took my hands off the wheel and rested them for a hot sec. I looked out the window and rolled it down. I stuck my head out and and smelled the air. The air smelt clean and fresh if you want to put it.
As I sat there I saw a shop at the white colored shop house at the corner of the street it said "Pet Orphanage". "Maybe I should check that place out" I said turning back to the front as the light turned green. I drove for about 20 minutes before arriving at the address of my new loft apartment.

There was a parking lot underground to the side of the building so I waited for cars to pass by as I pull into the almost full parking lot backing up into an empt space. I then texted the landlord that I made it and I was in the parking lot then I popped the trunk grabbed my bags then opened the back door and grabbed both Bane and Rust by their leashes and locked the car. I started walking out of the underground parking lot walking up the stairs and pushing my way through the busy street of people. But it was much easier then I expected because when people saw my dogs then stepped aside but one man wasn't so lucky or should I say didn't care.
I walked only for a man to rudely shoulder bump me harshly which caused me to side step and almost trip. I steadied myself only for the man to abruptly turn towards me and shove me harshly again. I look at him with anger. "Why the fuck did you push me!?" I asked angrily trying to keep myself calm enough. The people around us stopped to look. "Well maybe if you new how to walk right then I wouldn't have happened". He said rolling his eyes. "Well maybe if you weren't a dick and shoved me the first time with your shoulder and also knew how to walk right and shut the fuck up then we wouldn't have a problem also that was assault mind you since you have the nerve to shove people around like you own the side walk". I said snapping back at him even louder. The man got so angry he was about rase his hand to slap me but only to get tackled by Bane and Rust. I guess he forgot I had two well army trained dogs at my beck and call. "Ahhh!" She man screamed at my dogs stood over him growling loudly and aggressively towards him for trying to hit me.
Since I didn't feel like dealing with this man permanently I pulled lightly on Bane and Rust's leashes which told them to stop and pull back even without words told to them they stopped and backed up on either side of me but was still growling at the man who scrambled to his feet shaking in anger but was scared as fuck. You could tell because his pants were starting to darken I could only laugh as he looked down at his pants in embarrassment. I then turned around pulling my dogs with me as I enter through the doors into the lobby. As I enter I then spot the man who was the landlord of my loft and walked up to him. "Ciao, sei David il padrone di casa?"(Hello are you David the landlord?)I asked in a smooth tone while making Bane and Rust sit down. The man turns around to face me looking a bit startled as to how he didn't hear me coming. "Ah sì! Lo sono, presumo che il tuo Enzo Rivera, sì?"(Ah yes! I am, I'm assuming your Enzo Rivera, yes?). Well duh or else I wouldn't be standing here asking. "Sì, lo sono, è un piacere conoscerti" (Yes, I am it's nice to meet you). I said shaking his now out stretched hand. We talk about the rent and what not then he hands me my house keys. I now live on the third floor of a six story building. My door loft number is 316. I take the elevator up to the third floor once the elevator doors open and I step out with Bane and Rust following. We walk down the hall since the place is the last door down the hall. Once we're there I unlock the door and step inside. My breath was taken away and I looked at my new place. It was very beautiful and had a homey cozy feel to it and I liked it.

This is what the whole place looked like from top to bottom.
I pull Bane and Rust inside with me turning around closing and locking the door in the process. I walk over to the couch that I bought from the online furniture store. And I set my bags on the floor. I unlock Bane's and Rust's leashes and set in on the couch letting them roam around their new home. As for myself I walk around the house. First I go into the kitchen which is very open. There were four stools on each side of the kitchen island. The dinging room consisted of a long wooden table with some plant decor and underneath were eight cube cushioned chairs made for eight people. The living room had a long L shaped couch with a small glass coffee table with a flower on top and a 20 inch FS(Flatscreen) Smart TV two medium speakers on each side. I looked up and saw giant gray curtains and big glass windows there were 10 throughout the whole first floor. Then I walked down the hall passing the kitchen to see three quests rooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. There were also two storage rooms. After finished checking out the first floor I went upstairs to the second. I saw three more bedrooms and one more bathroom. My room would be the only room in the house with a bathroom of its own. I walked down the short call and came to the laundry room, then the balcony next to one empty room.
The balcony game a beautiful site of Queens New York and I loved it. But it wouldn't always be like this. After finishing the tour of the new house I was going to turn two of the rooms into future kid rooms. One would be a baby room and the other would be their room for when they get older. I then went downstairs to see Bane and Rust sleeping on the couch so I left them alone and grabbed my bags going up the stairs and into my room that has five big tall windows and one large black curtain that went all the way around the room to cover each window without needing multiple curtains. I put my bags down and started unpacking. Once I was done I went into my bathroom and took a much needed shower. Once I was done I got out dried off rapping the towel around my waist, then going to the sink and brushing my teeth with my toothbrush and washing me face.
I then walk out and go to my walk in closet and pick out something comfortable.

I then walk downstairs with my lap top, sit on the couch and turned the tv on and sign into my Netflix account. I then start online shopping again for some much needed things. Since the apocalypse was going to come in one week. The power would be out meaning I would need something built in so I can have electricity and power. I start to order solar panels that I can have installed outside my part of the building. I bought a 6 large power generator that only runs on solar energy meaning I would have to leave it out on the balcony for 5 hours till fully charged then I could hook it up to a power cord to in-power the whole apartment. Each generator cost $1,000 so that would of been 6,000 in total. That's no problem considering I have more then 30 billion dollars in my bank account from all the money I stole from those ass hats. I didn't want to buy water generators because I still had the farming system to figure out so I just added 4 of them into my cart. And they were each $300. I then went onto technology. I bought a projector just incase we couldn't use the tv, I then ordered a bunch of RO/BL/GL/LGBTQ, sex, horror, children, family, comedy, k-drama fantasy, supernatural, and mystery movies. I needed something to occupy myself, ya know?.
