Chapter 31: Rematch Begins

Darius swallowed hard; he was looking at something that he knew could kill him in one swoop, and the mission read kill it. 

He carefully took a step back. He was looking at the beast, and he knew that there was not going to be an easy way for him to even think of winning against it. 

'One wrong move and I am done for.' 

Slav growled, shaking the very core of the dungeon and scaring even Darius more than before. 

"Come on, child, I can smell your fear. I want to give you a quick and painless end. That is all I can give you since you were able to come back here." The beast taunted Darius, it was as if it wanted him to make a wrong step and get himself killed. 

Darius's mind flashed through when he and Hank's raid team had first encountered the beast. He could remember his abilities and what he was going to be able to do to him if he was not careful.
