Chapter 1: Day 1 "Why Write?"
Sitting on a chair, thinking about my future, wasn't what I had in mind for my future when I was just 5 years old. To be fair, I was focused on being just a kid. Playing around, making friends, and not worrying about the future.
I thought, as I quickly swallow the soft gell capsule with warm water, of what I should do.
I sigh as I felt a bit dizzy. 'I should just write. And make my dreams come true. One small step. At a time'.
And so, I write.
I decided to tell my story.
With little to no experience I start writing. Hoping to learn and improve along the way.
So for this chapter, I thought I could talk
about why I decided to write.
I don't recall a specific moment where I went 'Oh! I should write!'. All I can remember are some of the moments I might have started to consider writing. And some moments that I did consider writing.
I sigh once more after my phone started to lag.
It kept lagging again. It's frustrating.
I try to calm down and focus again at the topic I'm talking about.
'Where was I?' I thought as I type it down.
Right, for a long time I've liked reading books with stories. They interest me so much.
When I was younger my parents would just leave me in a bookstore. It's a win-win for both parties. It does get tiring standing in the bookstore while reading, and there were times I had to sway my weight from left to right and vice versa, but overall I enjoyed my time there.
And I guess starting from there I read more and more stories until my love for writing grew and grew.
I even started role-playing. It's fun! Nowadays, the only person I ever roleplayed with is my cousin. My mind is too occupied with thoughts about my future to roleplay on a bigger scale.
While waiting for the bathroom to be unoccupied, I continue writing.
I've wanted to be a famous author for quite some time. I have lots of ideas over the years. I just never let them come to fruition.
And my mind can be all over the place. You might have noticed after reading this far.
So I write, because I want to.
I write because I like to write.
What inspired me could be so many things.
Does this mean I'm an avid reader? hehe.
Okay I looked it up so, maybe I'm an avid reader.
I'm so excited to write the next chapter!
I'm excited, nervous, anxious, and scared. But I will try to keep writing. And strive to learn and grow.
This chapter is sort of the prologue of the whole....book? I will be talking about something random in each chapter. And talk about my progress in being a beginner at writing.
