Chapter 61: Engage
"What the hell is this" Saya spoke as she kept checking papers related to her business. "That damned Husband of mine should work double time when he gets back!"
As Saya was checking papers she heard a knock, shortly after she saw it was Sora.
"Is someone giving birth?" Sora sat down as Saya kept checking.
"Nope, not yet you have to wait at least" Sora counted.
"2-3 Years, I know, so what did you came by for? I already gave you enough money to buy a company this week" Saya stopped checking her papers as she looked at her own son.
"This, when I came home Cecilia gave me a letter" Sora handed the letter to his mother who widened her eyes.
"Ah damn it! I forgot about this" Saya felt a headache coming as she read the contents.
"If I remember correctly Erina turns 16 today? She did delay a year of schooling to practice to beat me" Sora then floated and laid down as he was waiting for his mother.
"I can't send Rem and Ram for this they're busy catching up to your father to cover his ass"
"You sent them to Dad?"
"Unless you don't want a father then Yes I sent them" Saya started regretting sending Rem and Ram this early since Izumi was in Europe to meet with the Norse Faction and sent the sisters as protection.
"So about tonight"
"We'll go, bring Ceci-chan, Akeno is going to Baraqiel later she already informed me, oh right what about that girl that Tabane keeps on saying about her being a spirit" Saya stopped doing what she was doing and started to reschedule her week.
"She's a spirit, a being made of Mana, she just wants to learn more about earth."
"And her threat level?"
"Depends, but no need to worry about her"
"I assume she's going to be a spoiled brat thanks to you but hey more unique grandkids for me then" Saya then opened a portal leading to their home.
"Who are you calling?" Sora stopped floating and waited for his mother.
"Mayumi, I'm going to start teaching her to be my proxy" Saya then called her up for a minute and soon hanged up and entered the portal.
"I guess I'll be seeing her later then" Sora followed after his mother and closed the portal.

"He's coming later Erina"
"You don't need to tell me Alice" Erina was getting ready for her birthday as Alice came up to her.
"Someone is really touching up" Alice commented on how Erina used her makeup.
"It's none of your business"
"Right, like that one time you asked me how to deal with boys" Alice teased Erina.
"That was different"
"So were those what I believe 68 Shokugeki matches with Sora? Sounds about right"
"So does 101 Losses sounds right" Alice flinched at her record since she frequently challenged Sora compared to Erina.
"Anyway, have you invited anyone else?" Alice was wondering.
"None that I could think off, pretty much it will be the same as usual" Erina finally finished her make up and stood up.
"Are you trying to seduce him before me?" Alice looked at Erina who nodded in affirmation.

"Where were you earlier?" Saya asked Sora as they were both waiting for Cecilia.
"I was at U.A." Sora wore his usual white and blue themed suit as he prepared.
"No, after you went to U.A" Saya took another bottle of wine and hid it in bag.
"You didn't see her?" Sora asked his mother.
"See who?" Saya didn't care as she was thinking if she should take more wine to drink or use it as an ingredient and let the chef's cook for her later.
"I guess you'll know soon enough?" Sora looked at the side and saw Cecilia was walking slowly towards them.
"If it's a girl maybe I'll look out for her" Saya finished stockpiling wine in her bag as Cecilia arrived.
"I'm sorry Saya-nee" Cecilia told Saya as she took Sora's arm.
"It's not important the more late we are the better attention we get, the more attention we get the more ladies are gonna fall for Sora and the more possibilities of having more grandchildren" Cecilia didn't mind Saya's thoughts as they went inside the High end Automated Limousine by Tabane.
"You seem happy?" Sora asked Cecilia as they went in.
"Of course! It's free food from Erina! I haven't eaten in a long time without you know!"
Saya didn't say anything as she looked at the guest list which was hacked and given by Tabane earlier. "No one important, guess I'm going to get wasted tonight!"

"Are you sure they're coming?" Alice asked Erina who looked worried somehow.
"This tastes bitter" As soon as Erina said that the following people heard her and were scared for the poor manufacturer of the wine as one word from Erina would crash their stocks.
"This girl" Alice flinched as she knew it was Erina's favorite drink introduced by Sora. Alice was about to say something to them until.
"You must be Erina? And You are Alice?" Both Erina and Alice looked at the new comer and observed her.
"We are?" Alice answered for them as Erina wasn't currently in the mood.
"I didn't know what Ms. Erina likes so" The girl gave Alice two small wrapped boxes "The other one is for Ms. Alice"
"I see, thank you Ms?" Alice happily accepted the gift since the other one was for her.
"It's Kaga Kouko" Kouko smiled at them as Alice nodded.
"Thanks Kaga-san" Erina didn't say anything else as she was staring at the entrance door.
"No problem no problem! I'll take my leave for now!" Kouko left as she did her job as told by her father and quitely left the two alone.
"Gee Erina you know you could just call him? Didn't you guys bet your numbers before?" Alice gave the small box to a servant before going near Erina again.
"Shouldn't the guy call the girl first?" Erina seriously looked at Alice who flinched again after hearing her.
"You! What the hell have you been reading?" Alice was curious as well.
"She's right you know" A voice sounded from behind as Erina and Alice looked at the direction it came from.
"It's been a long time Alice, how was your trip to England?" Cecilia came forward and hugged Alice who hugged her back.
"Ceci-chan! You've grown bigger" Alice looked at Cecilia's chest and compared their sizes in her mind.
"Sometimes I wonder if they're the real cousins" Saya off handedly remarked as she began looking for a capable chef.
"Happy Birthday Erina" Sora gave another small box to Erina who this time accepted it shyly.
"Tha-thanks" Erina put gladly accepted the box and clutched it in her hand. "Why were you late this time?"
"It's not my fault that girls take long to dress up, look at you? How many hours did it took for you to dress up well?" Erina pouted as Sora teased her.
"Wanna cook!?"
"Relax it's your birthday, besides look" Sora pointed where Cecilia and Alice were who were wantonly tasting food everywhere together.
"Cecilia seems to be enjoying herself."
"So should you" Sora grabbed Erina's face and pinched it and soon after and stretched it.
"Stop it! Erina continued pouting as Sora continued playing with her face.
"You should open it" Sora finally stopped pinching her face as Erina sighed and followed what he told her.

"So he's here as well?" Kouko looked at Sora and Erina who was looking at a small box, She couldn't help herself and stare at Sora who looked dashing in his white themed suit perfect for a Hero protagonist type.
Unbeknownst to Kouko someone felt uncomfortable of watching her staring at someone else.
"Hey, who are you looking at" Despite his unwillingness, Mitsuo, who was Kouko's childhood friend was still concerned for her.
"You're finally coming around!" Kouko smiled at him as she was happy from being called.
"Don't do it here Kouko! I'm just concerned as a childhood friend, you've been staring at the Nakiri heiress for a long time" Mitsuo coldly told Kouko as she also stared along with her now, as he looked closely he saw Sora who was smiling at Erina and Erina blushing.
"Then it's none of your concern" Kouko then was racking plans on how to approach Sora as she felt he was good at romance and she wanted him to teach her.
"That guy is a playboy, I won't say anything else" Mitsuo somehow felt uncomfortable the more he looked at Kouko looking at Sora's direction.
"Jealous?" Kouko tried teasing him.
"No!" Mitsuo denied it even though he only heard stories of Sora from his other peers.

"That pervert" Mai was at her bedroom as she looked at the business card given by Sora earlier.
'If you ever want to act again you can try and go to this company!' Mai remembered what Sora said as searched for the name Diamond.
"Under reconstruction?" Mai was curious of Diamond now as she thought how she could audition.
"There's nothing wrong with it, besides even If I'm not accepted living a normal life with a normal romance seems fine" Mai closed her eyes and soon remembered something earlier.
"That pervert kept looking at my ass" She looked at her own butt and wondered if she had became fat.
"I'll give this card back to him instead" Mai told herself as she hid the card in her wallet and continued studying.

Sora scratched his nose as he tried his best not to sneeze suddenly since Erina was in front of her.
"When did you buy this?" Erina looked at the necklace in front of her in the small box.
"A while ago" Sora smiled again as Erina couldn't hide her blush.
"I hate you" Erina pouted as she closed the box again, soon everyone saw that Senzaemon was at the podium.
"What's your Old man up to?" Sora asked Erina as he crossed his arm.
"Beat's me" As soon as Erina said that Saya came beside them. "Saya-nee!" Erina was flustered as she saw Saya, she regarded Saya as somewhat a parental figure due to the fact that She frequently took her along when they were younger.
"What's he up to this time?" Saya drank from a glass as she observed Senzaemon's gesture soon she realized somthing was amiss. "This bastard!"
"Mom?" Sora looked at Saya who suddenly gripped his shoulder and gave a thumbs up to him.
"Do well my Son" Saya then hurriedly left the scene but not before grabbing a new bottle of wine.
"Say Alice do you know what he's going to say?" Cecilia asked her as they were secretly eating at the side.
"I don't know? Hey why is Aunt Saya running away!" Alice and Cecilia were far away and they could barely hear anything and they were also busy at eating that they couldn't concentrate on what was being said, shortly after they saw that lights were being shone down on both Sora and Erina.
"Oh?" Cecilia didn't say anything else as Alice was now curious.
"Tell me!" Alice shook Cecilia to spill the beans.
