Chapter 1: MOM,DAD WAKE UP
I was stuck,I couldn't even move any part of me,mom told me she'd be back,I shouted.
"Dane,Ellen,Dad,Is there anyone here?",I heard a scream,it sounded like Mom," Mom, Dad are you there?",I began to cry,I heard footsteps and they sounded heavy, I was scared, before the person approaching could reach the cupboard where mom hid me,I heard a noise which sounded like a groan, I put my hands over my mouth to block the sounds I made,I was barely even breathing anymore, the footsteps approached the cupboard and the person opened it,I was only relieved when I saw who it was,it was our new Butler,Liam and I felt better when I saw him,I was about to ask him to send me to my parents and siblings but he shushed me and told me that we had to leave.
"Princess, Their Highness told me to take you to your siblings ","Where are they?",I asked,and he told me that they were outside the palace waiting for me,"Mom and Dad are outside? and they're waiting for me? ",I asked again and he nodded but I was already getting too impatient as young as I was and I wriggled myself out of his grip and before he could react,I ran out of the room with my little feet ,I struggled to remember which way the palace doors were and kept on stumbling on some random objects on the floor until something that seemed like a needle poked me and I yelped but what I saw next seized the air out of my lungs,my mom and dad were on the floor, lying there,lifeless with blood splattered all over their bodies.
I bent down and touched my mom's face with one hand and my dad's with the other, I called out to them, I shouted their names waiting for a response, I waited for my mom to call my name and tell me that everything was okay, that she and dad were probably just sleeping but she didn't,I waited for dad to jump up on his feet and tell me that I fell for his joke but he didn't and I just stayed there sobbing. Mum,Dad please wake up!!!!!!!!. Please, don't leave me here, wake up!
