Chapter 140: Victory

Siv wakes up to a pitch black room, not even a sliver of light. She looks to the right, then to her left, but she cannot see anything.

'What the hell? Where am I?'

"Hello?" She calls. "Is anybody there?" No one answers. 

Panic starts spreading through her. Her breathing quickens and her anxiety rises.

"Okay, calm down." She tells herself. She sits on the floor and closes her eyes, taking a few deep breaths to calm herself.

'The last thing I remember is....Brandt.'

Siv remembers the rage and the hatred she felt toward him. She was really planning to kill him. But at the same time, at that particular moment, she felt like it was not her speaking. It was almost like she watched herself say and do all those things. 

"Am I dead?" Siv whispers. 

"Is she not awake yet?" She hears Colby's voice. 

"Hey." She pushes to her feet. "Colby, where are you?" She calls in the dark.
