Chapter 173: What Have You Done?

Bjarte opens his eyes to a bright room. He looks over to the empty spot next to him on the bed and immediately panics. He jerks up from the bed, his eyes searching the room, he finally relaxes when he sees Kara sitting by the window. She looks exhausted. 

"Have you been up all night?" He asks, making Kara jump. "I am sorry, I did not mean to scare you."

"Oh, it is alright." She says. "I could not fall asleep." 

"I see."

"It is raining outside." She tells him. Bjarte pushes to his feet and walks to the window.

"It is really pouring." He comments.

"I wonder if it will be difficult to run away in this weather." Bjarte looks at her for a moment. 

'She is right, we might have to plan better.'

"We also should think of a different name for you, just in case someone recognizes you as the prince." She adds.
