Chapter 30: AM GONNA TEACH HER A LESSON

Xuan Yan felt suspicious when she saw Xue Xi's reaction but a sound from her phone distracted her

she looked down at her own phone which displayed a message

'Come find me soon'. The message read

The message sent from a number unknown to Xuan Yan but she knew who it was.

"Xue Xie can you..."...

She stopped short of calling the name, not wanting to disturb her and she knew how much she hated being disturbed when she is focus on her phone.

After a moment, Xue Xie finally lift her head up "Xiao Xuan? Is something wrong?" Her eyes narrowed in confusion. Xuan Yan bit her lips, hesitating before speaking up again.

"I just wanted to ask if you could go inside alone." She said, trying to keep her voice steady.

Xue Xi raised an eyebrow, looking at her curiously.

"Why?" she asked, still confused.

Xuan Yan sighed, I want to go and meet my brother" She answered,

"Well, I suppose I can manage. Just tell me where you are going so I will know." she replied.
