Chapter 173: Introductions
Mu Yue's question was not answered and she was instead lead back to the reddish island where the blood tree was. Upon arrival, she saw her mom, Wang Shi, and the woman who was the leader of the special force staying here.
"Those that are here are the only ones that know your identity. You are still not prepared to officially be announced as a princess. So before that, the people here will teach you how to be a princess and be a member of our race." Hong Meilin explained.
"I will be the one to teach you how to be a proper princess. Since I am a queen myself, I can also teach you some of what I know."
After Ruan Xin, Wang Shi then introduced himself, " My name is Wang Shi and I am one of the elders. I am also one of the strongest in the race, even stronger than your mother. I have lived for a long time that I am more trustworthy than some kids of the race."
"Have lived for a long time yet is always somewhere, sleeping for years." Hong Meilin added.
"Haha, what Big Sis said is true. Anyway, I will be the one to accompany you when you train in the wild, Princess. Although I have yet to recover to my peak strength, I would have no problem ensuring your safety. I am also responsible for bringing you back and forth from here to where you grew up."
Then the last person spoke, "It's my honor to meet you, Princess. I am Tan Liqiu, the current special force commander. I will be your sword instructor. I will also teach you various tactics in battles that could help you, both alone or with a group."
Mu Yue bowed and introduced herself, "Nice to meet you, I am Mu Yue, a member of the royal family. I look forward to learning under you all."
"All of them will teach you, but for the first week, you will spend your time with your mother and me. We will both correct your body and mind and try to remove the unnecessary things you learned." Hong Meilin and Ruan Xin then led her closer to the Blood Tree.
A red portal appeared on its trunk. Hong Meilin then joked, "I will be leading you inside me hahaha."
As soon as Mu Yue entered, she can feel that the spiritual energy in the air became much denser than the mainland's. She can also feel her blood boil in excitement. There are also red particles that flew to her which she slowly absorbed naturally.
"Can I stay here for a long time?" Given enough time, Mu Yue felt like she will quickly reach the 9th step of the Foundation Establishment stage and possibly even break through to the Core Formation stage!
"You like it that much, huh? Unfortunately, I can only let you stay here for at most a week. Also, I brought you here for another reason and not just to simply absorb the energy here."
They walked for a while and Mu Yue saw a lake. It looked similar to the one outside but this one looked more of a lake of blood than a lake of red water.
"You are going to go there and be submerged."

"I am curious, I am sure that not just anyone receives this. I know I am a princess but I haven't done anything to deserve so much. I am already contented on being granted the title."
"True. You are granted that title and you should do what responsibilities it needs to fulfill. Your mother will explain it more and my current task is to have you go to that lake and do my job."
Hong Meilin then urged Mu Yue to go to the lake. Mu Yue approached and stared at the blood-water, imagining how painful would it be.
She was also told to remove her clothes since the liquid was apparently corrosive and it would be such a waste for them to get dissolved.
She walked slowly to the closer until she was fully submerged. Surprisingly, she can still breathe normally.
"I will now start. Do not faint or you will just waste my efforts."
Then the liquid started to boil.
