~THIRD PERSON'S POV~
'I am better than her.'
The unknown person thought as she stared at the sweet banter of Ares and Seraphina, hiding behind a tree far away from them.
Fury and jealousy reflected from her glaring eyes, projecting onto the two, as she pulled in her lower lip between her teeth and harshly bit it, drawing in blood.
Her hands shook as she tapped her foot on the ground in an impatient manner, and she scratched the skin of her finger bed raw with her nails.
'I am better than her. I am better and prettier and stronger. So why?'
'Why is it her and not me?'
Her sharp nails digged into the skin of her palm as she clawed and scratched the surface raw.
The blood dripped from her palm and tainted the muddy ground as her limbs trembled in barely contained anger and misery.
'Just what she possesses that I don't?'
