Ai Lin was in awe looking at the outside view. Her face was plastered on the car's window. With widen eyes and slightly parted lips, she was dumbstruck at the magnificent sight presented to her. The huge house… No, no. It was more suitable to describe it as a mansion.
The huge mansion was wide spread on the ground with white pain covered almost everything except for four tiny windows which positioned vertically side by side. The design was so eye catching as it was filled with the combination of contemporary and modern touch. She was unable to determine the number of the house storey's as it was uniquely designed. It might be two or maybe three storeys.
Earlier, after done packing her things, Mu Zihan didn't let her stay any more minute at her house and dragged her to his car, saying they needed to get back home before dark. Soon after they departed, she was engulfed by drowsiness and she felt asleep. Only after a while, Mu Zihan nudged her and said they had arrived.
Feeling reluctant to wake up, Ai Lin softly whimpered before opening her sleepy eyes. However the majestic view of the mansion freshened her sleepy eyes instantly. She could smell money everywhere just by looking at the size of the house. Although it was not that high like any other wealthy people's house, but it was absolutely wide and big. She had never seen any house that was this huge. Even Lu Qi Feng's parents' house was not this extravagant.
" Is this really your house?" Without moving her head nor her eyes, Ai Lin asked curiously with a wide grin pasted on her face. If it really his, she was terribly a lucky one to be able enjoying this kind of lux even only for a while.
Mu Zihan only replied by letting out 'En' sound and chuckled. He was amused by her reaction, just like a little kid who was brought to an amusement park. However, staring at her excited and happy expression, due to an unknown reason he was feeling satisfied and contented.
" Oh my God! It's really your house. Then, is it really true that only you and your maids live in here? How many maids you have? How many rooms you have? How many storey is this? Do you have your own flower garden here? How about swimming pool?" Ai Lin was delighted to get a confirmation from him. Thus, she bombarded him with questions as to fill her curiosity.
" I live here alone. All my maids and other subordinates live in another building behind this house. As for the rest of your questions, why don't you see it for yourself."
" Then, let's hurry."
She was really excited that she forgot she wasn't allow to walk on her own with Mu Zihan on her side. Thus, she opened the car's door and quickly walked with her limping legs. Mu Zihan didn't get any chance to stop her and she was already meters away from the car. With a frown look, Mu Zihan immediately chased her with his long legs.
In no time, Mu Zihan managed to catch up with her. Without any warning, he carried her up in princess style carrying style which made her yelped loudly.
" What are you doing? Let me down." Ai Lin wiggled her body to get down. She felt uncomfortable with the stares from his driver and bodyguards. She understood if they were to do this alone but with many people presence, she really felt uncomfortable.
" You hurt your leg." Ignoring her struggle, Mu Zihan spoke in his stoic and aloof face.
Ai Lin was seethed in anger. With a gritted teeth, she chided him back. " The doctor said I am already fine."
" The doctor was wrong."
" What do you mean wrong? He's a certified doctor! He even said I should practice my walk more."
" But you're not walking, you're running."
" I.. I.. When did you see me running? I'm obviously walking." Didn't want to admit her wrongdoing, Ai Lin tried to defend herself. But this time her tone was much softer than before. Her voice also gotten smaller and almost became a whisper. She knew it was her fault for walking too fast but she really didn't run though.
" Even blind people will know you're running with the sound of your heavy legs." Unfazed with the stares from his subordinates who were waiting for them at the door, he walked leisurely with Ai Lin in his muscled arms. His lips curved up showing his mischievous smile.
" Heavy? You said my legs are heavy?? Are you kidding me. Hellooooo, I only weighted 55 kg okay!" Ai Lin was so mad by Mu Zihan's previous statement. Her cheeks tinted with redness and her eyes stared daggers at him.
It was a big taboo to her for others saying she's fat and Mu Zihan just did that. Although he didn't say it directly, but by claiming her legs were heavy was as same as saying she was terribly fat. That bastard! His weight was obviously much more than her and yet he dared to say she was fat? Ridiculous!
" Are you sure you're only 55kg? I thought you are almost 100kg. My hands almost fall out of it sockets carrying you." Looking at her rage face made Mu Zihan wanted to tease her more. She looked so adorable with her round eyes and pouted lips. He really had the urge to kiss that ruby lips of hers.
" F*** you, Mu Zihan! You're the one who weight 100kg. Your mom weights 100kg. Your whole family weight 100kg!" Unable to control her rage, she slapped Mu Zihan hard on his chest.
" Okay, okay I was wrong. I'm the one weight 100 kg and you're only 55 kg. Now stop hitting me or else you will hurt your shoulder again." Since his hands were both full carrying her, he admitted defeat. He cajoled her with his gentle and pamper tone. He was worried when she started hitting him with her injured hand. Lest she exerted too much force and hurt her shoulder again.
As for the rest of his subordinates who witnessed their master acted like that, they could only lowered their head to cover their shock and astonish expression. All their eyes flashed a disbelief look. Where was their master who despised and allergic to women?
