Chapter 4: 4 Faith

[A/N* Before I start this chapter can I just give a fair warning that there may or may not be a lot of massacring happening in this chapter especially the divine type so be warned

Also a little complaint on my side but SUKUNAS ANATOMY I SO HARD TO WRITE ABOUT

When you're writing about him moving one set of arms you also got to think about what he's doing with the other like he crosses his upper set WHATS HE DOING WITH HIS LOWER

Is he putting them on his waist like the generally sassy man he is? Is he shrugging? Is he flexing them or is he just fingering the weird mouth on his stomach... it's just a hassle to write about can't wait until we get to when he splits himself and incarnates into preferably two armed human

Anyway enough ranting more chaptering*]

"What is hell? I maintain that it is the suffering of being unable to love."

 -Fyodor Dostoyevsky

--------------------------------------------------

The Earth shook wildly as the grandeur of calamity gave way to an almighty phenomenon - one that shocked the natural and infuriated the powers that be

The aureate sulphurous sphere of everlasting light and order became disarrayed and flew into frenzy as its normal course was fractured.

An arc of light was drawn across the sky whilst it's being united at one single point of the former night sky where the chilling sovereignty of the moon lay dormant... waiting for it's arrival

And there where the two great symbols of balance converged, two beings created from absolute dominion over the god kissed world, visualised their avatars into the world - beholding the mortal plane to their unparalleled beauty

The wind wisped and fluttered in an outstanding elegance that one would not be able to pry their eyes away from as the clouds fled hurriedly to make way

Akin to the abstract glisten of the moon, he realised himself into being with heavenly etiquette and superior humility that would forced Kings to bow in shame.

Jaded . Divine. Pearl like. Skin that ladled the radiance of the moon itself and hair mesmerising in its ways and intoxicating in its ambiance

The embodiment of ethereal and entrance that was the moon - revered for it's sublimity - appeared

"...You felt it too Amaterasu," the unearthly silk of his words enchanted the heavens though sombre carried with it the ambience of all that was holy

"That bastard that mother and father sealed away in exchange for their life…HES AWOKEN!" Reality warped and contorted around space to produce an enchantress like no other

With the warmth and vehemence reminiscent of the blazing sun, the individual burned her image into the world to never be forgotten even if a millennia were to pass

The auburn wildness that was her hair remained un perturbed the perverse caressing of the wind's hands neither the supple traditional gown of hers or the graceful appearance of her face that mimicked a geisha doll

The kindness that one would expect from the former welcoming goddess was long since discarded and replaced with an ire and intensity that would overwhelm the blaze of a thousands suns

The sky bended forcing itself it conform to the whims of fate as a platform for the two as the Sun grew fierce and maddened into a sheen of blinding white

But before it's rage could grow in fervour it was quelled by the bitterness of the Moon

"Calm yourself sister. Its barbaric for your every decision to be clouded by emotion," He spoke once more in a subtly repulsed tone

"Silence Tsukuyomi!" Her rage oozing out in invisible yet perceivable waves that boiled the Earth, "Am I supposed to remain calm when the calamity that they warned us about has just come to consciousness!"

Tsukuyomi heaved out a sigh carrying the vexation and worry brought about by this momentous event, "Of course not but we need to remain sane, call for our brothers and sisters' return to face this evi-"

A swarm of fear malice, hatred disgust and the like engulfed the Shinto world and more forcing everything to come to a halt, allowing no word nor whisper of hope to be spoken

No slither of faith, no prayer to the God's for their aid was uttered as if a common consensus that the end will befall them all had been reached by every creature that walked the the Earth - a cage that will provide no sort of escape for the living

"...OH NO!" Amaterasu screamed in between coughs and gags as even she the Great goddess had been forced to her knees by the sheer overwhelming aura that permeated Japan

Pandora's box that contained the entirety of the world's evils had been opened once more however this time it was no human that held the blame to the worst mistake ever committed...

No the guilt fell on one monster. One beast that will plague this universe for a thousand years to come

The Mad God.

The Gods' Greatest Mistake.

The Armageddon of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

The King of Curses

RYOUMEN SUKUNA

[A/N* Song recommedation for this part of the chapter is WTF 2 by Ugovhb, EF on Spotify... enjoy*]

"Nothing is so painful to the human mind as a great and sudden change." I recited the lines of Mary Shelley as I deformed the barrier realised Malevolent Shine allowing it to collapse into the shadows below, returning it to the hellscape in which it spawned

I gazed upon the moonlit world that seemed be going through quite a catastrophic transformation as the sun met the moon at one singular point

You may have heard of her after all she was the famous author of the critically acclaimed Frankenstein as well as outstanding writer

"Could there be more brilliant words that fit my current predicament? More poetic that I find myself in a body as monstrous if not more than the Monster of their Doctor's creation," I mused with slight hilarity coating my words

Pretty convinced no guy has had quite an experience alike to mine and if they did none as torturous yet quite fascinating as mine so far

I folded both sets of arms which while I don't like to admit looked rather funny to me, it was just another reminder that any physical semblance of John Moorey that I may be looking for, had gone and left to the wind to discard precariously

It almost makes me want to throw myself into another hysterical fit one more time just to let the world know of my rebirth.... oh what the hell I'll laugh anyway

"HAHAHA!" I chortled in my stentorian like voice that out of all my physical attributes was the one that I still needed to adapt to - that and my cute four extra limbs

What a day! It's been long since the spice of thrill was added to the dish that was my life... this power especially it almost ripples throughout my body

I ran my fingers through the ocean of rose hair, pushing it backwards ensuring they could obstruct my eyes further before sighing in frustration

"Now, who will be the first I kill in this new body?!" I shouted in anticipating delight whilst smiling

Near a thousand souls who surrounded me trembled and shivered at my call, their visages bare to the world and their clothing fluttering in the wind

Iwami Kagura dancers? Interesting.. is this a sign to where my incarnation takes me

Dressed and decorated in long sleeved colourless dresses with golden and crimson red frames that enticed the eye but their most prominent feature was large white blindfold obscuring thier entire face with the unfamiliar kanji that appeared too modern to be of the Heian descent but too ancient to be of the modern age

The Edo period? Meiji? Azuchi-Momoyama Period? Who knows... it matters not anyway, I'll savour these flavours and be done with these pests

In my state of momentary daydream four figures unlike the rest stepped out, their unform was ravenlike - an unmissable detail - and their power was unmistakable that I knew from a glance that they were different from the rest.. their tastes more acceptable than the than the other bugs

Three males and one female.

"No matter which era, insects always crawl from the woodworks unaware of their fate," I spoke simply to myself but loud enough for them to hear, whether or not they understand is not my problem after all they should've known the only thing that awaits them is, "Death."

Four blades guided themselves to my hands as if marionetted by destiny, "Come now you have to try harder than that." I cheered ominously while I flung two of them into the shrine nearby, kicked the other whilst leaving the other to cower before me, "I suppose you will be the first."

Before even a single note could be played from the piano of regret that I had come to view as all too familiar, his body was cut into tiny cubes of meat until even they too disappeared as they splattered into visible vermillion mist

The perpetual fear that engulfed this area did not fail to increase that only did well to boost the negative energy coursing through my body, "Let the massacre begin."

A bloodthirsty grin stretched across my face whilst the halo of death crowned me it's possessor
