Chapter 68: The Devil himself

Sekhmet and Mellona stood at the center of a grand coliseum. The seats filled as far as the eye could see, but not with men and women of the human race or even a beast race. Anyone in the know would tell you these seats were filled with all types of deities.

Their bodies were the biggest difference between those in the seats and the two goddesses on the Colosseum floor. Those in the seats were clearly in a material state, whereas Sekhmet and Mellona were in more of a spiritual form.

"I don't see you know who; that's at least a positive." Sekhmet scanned the arena and floor for Mikax but was unable to find him. Mellona nodded in agreement without taking her eyes off the unassuming man in the box that would normally be reserved for an Emperor or King.
