Chapter 5: The Scary Idol

(Alert: mature content ahead)

The backstage was well lit. The whole place was a gigantic tent made of thick sheets of dark-colored fabric made from polyester and nylon. Everything was so neat and so intricate.

The bodyguards ushered me towards a wide hallway that directed to PVC doors with labels in them such as 'costume designers', 'stage and production managers', 'technical directors', 'makeup artists', 'backup dancers', and many more. After walking for a little while, we reached a door with the silver label 'Lee Rowoon' pasted on it.

"You're here now," one of the bodyguards said while banging the door open. I don't know why but standing with these two bodyguards made me feel like an intruder. My loud heartbeat wasn't being any help at all. I couldn't stop myself from panicking, plus my nervousness was killing me.

As the door opened, a half-naked guy with black pants who was playing on his phone directed his line of sight to us.

"Why are you here?" he stood up from sitting on a grey beanbag. He was so tall and had well-developed abdomen muscles. He had a perfect six-pack and his body was like sculpted art. Not to mention the designer tattoos spreading across his chest and arms. It painted a bad boy image upon him. He was like a charming prince who was also the bad boy in a rich mansion.

After my deep observation, I didn't dare to look at him again. Why would I? I was a man myself and it would be so embarrassing.

" This is the VIP fan Mr. Lee" the bodyguards replied in unison.

"Okay, you may leave." After hearing his response, the bodyguards pushed me into the room and closed the door. What sort of rash treatment was this? I wasn't a piece of meatloaf!

I gathered up all my confidence, straightened my back, and swallowed the lump that was slowly forming in my throat.

"Could you please sign this for me? It's not for me...it's for a girl," I finally said after a few moments of hesitation.

He didn't look at the book I was holding but stared at me with his beautiful dazzling eyes that had impossibly beautiful lashes.

This celebrity unknowingly aced the golden ratio of all idols. He was the definition of the word 'Perfect'. From his dark silky mullet hair, white blemish-free skin, plump red lips, a sharp jawline that could cut off your finger, and the sexiest nose. No one could claim a sexy nose, but he could and that was infuriating.

This idol was the most handsome man I had ever seen. How could someone be so hot and mysteriously beautiful at the same time? He could make anybody drool just by looking at his body.

As I was locked in a weird trance, he stared at me with a sinister smile playing on his lips.

I didn't think that he would be scary but he was. Even that villainous smile of his was scary. He had a cold aura circulating around him that made him look like a dangerous person you would never want to encounter. He was like some evil knight, plotting to make the next attack with his bloody sword.

"I'm sure that you love this girl so so much," his sudden teasing words pulled me out of my train of thoughts. AND WHY DOES HE HAVE THAT HUSKY EROTIC VOICE?

I nodded confusedly, not understanding what he actually meant.

"Um...of course. She's my best friend so she is very important to me, " I said while looking blankly at my shoes. That's right...just gazing emptily at my shoes would divert my attention from this devilish man standing right in front of me.

"Oh, she's just your best friend? I thought she was your girlfriend," he moved his face closer to mine and whispered.

His face was so close that I could even feel him breathe against my cheek.

"Too close!" I backed away, but not without noticing it: he had grey eyes. They were a beautiful stormy grey.

Underneath the dim light, they looked like the silver moonlight reflecting off a dark lake. Very eerie yet angelic in a frightening way.

Maybe they were coloured contact lenses. Oh well, who cares! I don't! Why was I thinking of unimportant things when instead, I should be planning my escape! I badly wanted to get out of here. Coming to this place was the worst decision I have ever made in my entire life.

Why did she force me to come here? This is all her fault. And why did she make me take this stupid autograph?! If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be in this mess...

"Very well then," weird-eyed idol dude brought me back from my mental thoughts.

"You'll sign this! Really?! You saved me!" I instinctively gave him a smile. Maybe I shouldn't have been so over-excited. Cas if there's one thing I've learned after being with this guy for the past few minutes, it's that he has a dangerous and perverted brain.

"Not a big deal," he said while giving me a wink. As I said, he was very dangerous to be alone with. And me being so weak wasn't a good thing. My survival skills with weird strangers was 0.000 % The only option I had was to pray for my guardian angel to save me.

I took a deep breath and shakily handed him the book.

"I understand that you did this for your best friend but..."

I tried to read his expression but I couldn't get any clue of what he was thinking.

"You have to kiss me."

"What!?!," I exclaimed. He was probably teasing me or maybe he was performing his fanservice charms in front of me.

"You're just joking right?" I asked nervously. Yup, that's right. It definitely was some lame joke and I was just dumbly overreacting.

But then, he suddenly walked up to me with quick strides, thus destroying the good perceptions I had. His hands grabbed my waist furiously as he pulled me towards him, slamming our chests against each other so hard that it sent a jolt of panic all over my body.

His wild eyes stared intensely at my face while his thumb caressed my lips softly.

"I'm serious," he said sadistically.

"I want to put my lips to yours and do exciting things that would leave you breathless. I believe you're old enough to understand how lustful feelings work. Besides, you need the autograph and I'll give it for free in exchange for one kiss. It's only a kiss. No biggie. I don't have a whole night to stay up and pause for your answer, so I'm gonna do it right now," he huskily said as one side of his mouth pulled up to form a wicked smile.

I didn't know what I was getting myself into. My mind was completely blocked because of the panic rising in my body and I couldn't think of anything at all. I couldn't even move nor could I utter a single word.

"Prepare yourself," he pulled me against him and slipped his hand around my back. His other hand grabbed my neck as he leaned in, trailing the side of my cheek with his lips. I ignored the little prickles of awareness rising up my body as this guy's thigh pressed warmly against me. I closed my eyes when he found my mouth at last. We matched impeccably in sync as we hungrily attacked each other's mouths.

SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT!

The kiss pressed much more deeply, much more urgent, hard, heavy with passion and anger. I wanted this...more... more, and MORE. I unconsciously parted my lips; burning lust swept through my senses as I melted away, dancing with fire, hot and thick. I let his tongue caress mine, searching for the hollows of my mouth, tasting what I could offer. My hands moved to his soft hair and tugged on it, pushing his face closer to mine even though I knew that there was no space between us.

He carried me effortlessly above the short dresser, throwing things everywhere. What were we doing? Was I crazy!? I gasped when his lips ran to the hollow of my throat and his hand sneakily touched one of my nipples with his fingers. I cried out in protest but he abandoned biting my flesh and stifled my protest with a deep kiss.

"I will dream about you," he seductively said as he nibbled my ear and that woke me up from my drugged and dazed state. The word 'Escape' echoed through my brain. I squirmed out of his arms and ran towards the door.

I yanked it open and ran as fast as I could. I was breathing so hard and my head was so heavy with embarrassment. My cheeks were blushing and it somehow felt as if my whole body was burning with fever. I ran and ran till my lungs were about to burst, forcing my emotions to drift away from my heart.

And by the time I reached the exit of the concert hall my eyes were already blurry with tears.

The sudden realization of the chaos I've fallen into sent a terrifying trepidation through my heart.
