Chapter 6: { Part 1.5 }
(y/n)'s pov:
I'm sorry everyone. In just a second, the titan hands got cut and I got carry away. I look at the person who is carrying me and It was Reiner. Then I feel the urge to cry not because I'm sad, but because I'm glad I didn't die back there.
'Thank you, thank you, thank you.' I say being thankful that he saved me back there.
'We're comrades, (y/n). You can't be always the one who have to save others. Just know that we got your back.' Reiner says while holding me tightly, because it's difficult to carry a person while using the 3DMG gear.
After a few minutes later, we got to the HQ without getting caught by the titans. Marco suddenly hug me out of nowhere and says, 'Thank Lord that you're ok. I saw your gas run out. I tired to go back but I got cornered by other titans so I have to to move forward.'
Marco and I become inseparable like siblings during the training. He's like a little brother that I've never had. So it's not surprising that he worries about me. 'It's because of Reiner that I'm still alive or else I would get chomped by that titan now.' I said, being thankful to Reiner for saving me back there. Marco look at him and says,
'Thanks for saving (y/n), I really appreciate it.' Reiner nodded back him saying no problem.
We found other survivors there and tell us that the gas station is already filled with 7 titans. At that exact time, the titans manage to break the wall on the side of the HQ. Just as then Eren's titan form come and punch them. Kill their asses, Eren. Wish I could shout it loud. If I did, they'll think I'm crazy.
Then Armin said he has a plan on how we should kill that 7 titans. I got choose to be the back up to kill the titans if someone don't get to kill it in one try., while Sasha, Connie, Mikasa, Reiner, Bertholdt, Annie and Jean are in charge to kill the titans, and the others are to shoot the gun to make the titans block their eyesight for a few minutes.
Sasha comes to me and says, '(y/n) can you switch with me? I don't think I would be able to kill it. If I didn't kill that titan in one kill, all of us could get in trouble.'
'You sure? Even if you didn't kill it in one shot, you know that I got your back. Just trust me. I won't let you die, not on my watch.' She calm a little after I said that. 'I trust you.' She smile/ grin at me.
Then just as Sasha said, She and Connie didn't manage to kill the titan in one kill, so I kill the left one while Mikasa kill the right one. Everyone become happy knowing they are save now, being glad that they would be able to go back home. We all filled our gas and we all started to retreat group by group.
'Mikasa, we have to go now.' Armin yelled at Mikasa who is on the roof looking down at something. I hook on the building to go beside Mikasa and saw she was looking at Eren's titan form.
'All the titans are eating him. Seems like he can't regenerate like he used to. We have to save it to learn more knowledge about titans.' Mikasa says with determination.
Reiner nod and says, 'I agree with you. That thing could be useful for us if we save it.' Jean look at them as if they are crazy talking like that.
'Isn't that the abnormal titan that eat Thomas?' Armin says while pointing the place where that titan is. I thought that I could save everyone and now I even couldn't save Thomas. Why do you make a promise when you can't even keep it! While I was lost in thoughts, Eren was already out from his titan form.
I saw Mikasa bringing him to where we are. 'We can't tell this to anybody, or they all will freak out like hell.' Jean said while looking horrifically at Eren. Mikasa and Armin are crying because they got Eren back alive. If you ask me I'm crying too.
Why? I think maybe all. Thomas, the people I didn't manage to save, also scared that I almost die back there.
What if I did die back there? (y/n) now is not the time to think about it. Control your feelings now. Staying alive is more important now. Just as then when we arrived at the wall people are watching as cautiously. Just by taking a look at this, they already know what happened back there. They know that Eren got out from a titan.
Jean and others go ahead to the other comrades while I stay with Mikasa. Just in a second we got surrounded by our own comrades. This still give me chills even if I know what happens next. Mikasa stand up to cover Eren from the garrison, I guess I should help her then.
'Don't think that you are going to attack them all by yourself. I'm still here.' I whispered to her with a smirk. 'I already know that you got my back, so I don't have to worry about it.' Mikasa smirked back at me.
'Oh, Eren. Finally awake from your dreams, mister?' I think it's time for you to be cautious now because everyone is literally pointing their swords at you.' I try to joke but Mikasa give me a serious look telling me that it's not the time to joke around.
*Time skip to a few mins til chief Pixis arrived cuz I don't like Kitz scaredy ass'
Armin managed to save our lives and here we are now on top of the wall with chief Pixis. Armin already told him the plan about how we should use Eren to help us close the hole of wall of Maria.
Chief Pixis kneel and ask Eren if he can do it or not. Of course he said he can. Do you think Eren will ever say no to any requests? As time goes by and also the great speech of Chief Pixis is done, the plan is settled. I got chosen to be the bait for the titans while the elite group go with Mikasa and Eren to do the mission.
(y/n) control your feelings now. You have to save as many you can, Why can't I save everyone? Wish I have powers like Izuku so I can just Detroit smash the titans and then problem solved. You sure can joke around this time, (y/n).
Ok stop talking to yourself now.
*Mission start*
I hook myself up on top of the wall and dangle myself just a few feet apart from the titans reach. Some got caught by the titans, some got injured and some got eaten. This sure is a living hell watching them die. They give us the mission to not kill them.....yet.
Now, I got called to join Jean's team to kill the titans that are going to Eren. We saw the sign that the elite group failed their mission. Now the titans saw the smoke coming out from Eren and somehow got attracted to it.
I stay with Marco to make sure he stay alive. 'Marco, stay beside me ok?' I don't want to fail saving him. I already did with Thomas. Not again, after killing a few titans here and there. I saw Marco listening to the conversation Reiner and the other two are discussing about. I quickly grab Marco from hearing all of it and take him far away from there.
'(y/n), why did you suddenly grab me out of nowhere? I didn't even manage to hear all of the conversation that Reiner was talking about.' I turn pale after hearing that. Did he hear all of it? I hope he doesn't.
'It's just that I saw an abnormal titan around there and I don't want it to caught us. I'm sorry for doing that suddenly. It's just my instinct that made me do it.' I say while smiling awkwardly.
'Let's just move on now to find Jean. Aftet that we have to go to Eren to help them out.'
We find Jean and I tell Jean to watch over Marco and I was gone before he could say anything back to me. I feel the ground shaking a little. Guess Eren must be up now carrying that big ass rock. Time to go, (y/n). I need to save Mitabi's group and then Captain Ian.
I got beside Mikasa just as I got there. I saw Mitabi's group on the ground trying to take the titan's attention. I have to think fast. I still have gas left. There are three titans. 7 meter one, 10 meter and a 5 meter. Ok, I'll take out the 10 meter. 'Mikasa, take care of Eren. I'll kick this titan asses for you guys. Stay safe.' Mikasa try to stop/yell at me.
I hit the the 10 meter face with the hook and swing to his back and cut the nape and land on him. Great, the titans notice me and more are coming from the gate. I swing to the close building then try to kill the 7 meter which was successful. I saw the 5 meter one grab one from Mitabi's team. I swing fast as I can and cut the titan's hand and cutting the nape after that.
Task one complete. Now where's Captain Ian? Then I saw him saving the one who is about get eat by the another 7 meter titan.
I got there in time to save Captain Ian. I swing to the back and cutting the nape off successfully.
Captain Ian give me thankful look and I just smile back at him. Ok time to go back to Eren.
Just as I got there, Eren already have block the hole with the stone. The mission's done. Finally over. Riko shoot out the yellow gas telling the others the missiond was a success. Ok the two titans about show up anytime. Wait, Am I forgetting something here? Someone is about to show up but I can't remember who it's gonna be?
Then in a flash, we saw the two titans fell down and there's somebody on top of them. 'Wings of freedom?' Eren stuttered out. It's Levi. (A/n: yayy out Captain smol has show up. Sorry for interrupting. Ok back to the story.)
I have finally meet him close. I can die from fangirling now. Now is not the time (y/n), stop or he'll notice.
'What the hell is going on here, brats? Tch...' his famous tch. Really (y/n)? You can fangirl another time. Ok stop.
Then our eyes met. In a sudden moment. he come to me and hug me tightly. Hol...hold on a sec. I got flushed by his actions. What the hell just happen? '(y/n), is this really you?' He said with happiness.
Wait... wait a minute,
How in the hell? How does he know my name?
