'Where's the bastard! Find him! We have been mocked in this city for too long because of him and that whore.' screamed Lysandro.
Right away my lord.' answered a host of guards before they started searching rooms.
Aaron was hiding behind a passageway. I moved to a one of the first rooms and closed the door behind me. Immediately started warging into rodents and birds to keep track of their movements.
Luckily where he was not far from the family vaults. He immediately took a knapsack he had designed and made some years ago and moved there. Dodging some patrols before entering the vault.
Picked the lock quickly before entering the vault and locking it behind him. There was so much gold and silver with a lot of gems inside. Tomes and steel aplenty. I immediately started packing a lot of coin jewelry into the bag. After going through some tomes I found ine for shipbuilding, some for magic and one for history and lore of old valyria. I need to continue my magic studies and starting from here is as good as I am going to get.
I found the box Truth was stored in. I picked the lock of that one too.As I hd the sword I was in awe. I could feel magic still humming of it. The enchantments were something to behold. I put it back in its sheathe. It would be years before they figure out it's missing. To ensure it doesn't lead back to me I already plan on going to Qohor now to add color to the blade. Preferably black.
I warged again to make sure no one was nearby and to plan my escape route. After seeing a path to escape the estate and finding a ship at the harbor almost ready going to Pentos I got out of the room and started running.
I ran like my life depended on it. I climbed the walls and kept on running. I finally reached the ship after speaking with the captain I paid him ten gold coins for a cabin and to speed up the time to leave.
After an hour later the ship started sailing away. My time in Lys is done for now but one day. One day I'll come back. To pay this back in blood.
Two moons later
Pentos
Finally here. The trip here was not boring per sè. We met some pirates after the first moon who attacked the vessel. It was all hands on deck any man who could fight was expected to. I killed my first man then proceeded to kill about six more.
After killing all the pirates we boarded the ship. The first mate took control of it and started looting the ship. Passing the goods onto their own vessel. That's how things work in this world. Plunder or get plundered there is no middle ground. No honor. Just survival.
After getting off the ship I immediately went to the market to buy some goods before I went to an inn. After paying for the night I immediately went to sleep. I've been so stressed I need a bit of rest.
My plan after dyeing my blade in Qohor is to join the Company of the Rose. For one there are a lot of northerns and would help me get connections back in Westeros. All though I am a Stark bastard my long term goal is to take over the Rogarè name after slaughtering Lysandro.
Thus I won't become a Stark bastard. No way to legitimize myself if I go through that route. The line is too secure.
After waking up the next day, I caught a ship to Qohor that took two weeks to get there. After getting Truth dyed in black I decided to name her Lady Calypso. Thats what I'll call the blade until I'm influential enough to hold a valyrian steel sword. I also bought a steel axe.
After that whole ordeal I went looking for the Company of the rose. After asking around I found out they were restocking in Braavos. I got an a ship to Braavos to find them amd join them as this would be the beginning of my new journey.
