Naoyuki didn't need to look at the clock to know that it was now 7:00 am.
He carefully got off his bed, while observing the rays of sun that penetrates through the window; this place is one of the two bedrooms of this apartment, the other one is of course his mother's room.
Compared with Izuku's house that is located in the building 2, the apartments of the building 5 are smaller, in its majority, rented by students or workers that want to save money.
Today is Sunday, but even so, his mother has to work. Naoyuki supposes that it's because the pay is higher in weekends, so she prefers to take her rest day on Wednesday. Likewise, her schedule is from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and not 12:00 am to 8:00 like she yesterday did, explanation is not needed, right?
After changing his pajamas, Naoyuki took his notebook form the desk and opened the system at the same time, since the system doesn't record his old quirks, he has to do it manually.

"Maturating parts of my body… interesting." Naoyuki started to copy the quirk name and explanation in Japanese over the paper, if his suspicions about the 'Hero Public Safety Commission' become true, these writings he's doing can really save him.
But pushing his groundless and unjustified thoughts aside, Naoyuki started to pay more attention to his new 'ability', the so called [Partial Maturation].
'This quirk seems really useful, especially for a kid like me. Although in a world where the other quirks can destroy complete buildings, it's fair to classify it as a F-class quirk.'
Naoyuki closed his notebook, and head for the bathroom.

"Oh, I see, so this is how it works." The child in front of the mirror said as made funny expresions with his adult face.
After some testing and trying like yesterday, he proved that the limit of this quirk is to turn one arm into the size and form of a 25 years adult's, but when he tried to mature his opposite limb at the same time, the proportion was like a 10 years old junior.
He concluded that the maximum maturation of this quirk is around 20 years, but when he tries to mature more than one part of his body, the effect decreases.
He tried to focus the quirk in one single spot, like in one finger, but it didn't turn into an 80 years old man finger like he thought at the beginning, the appearance was still 25 years old.
Afterwards, really carefully, Naoyuki started to use the quirk in more sensible and specific places: Like the vocal cords to change his voice, his eye to see better and farther, his lungs to breath more air, and… you know…, et cetera, et cetera.
The bone part was really interesting, because unless he changes the whole hand or arm or any concrete part of his body, the bone size didn't change, but the hardness did. Same with the fibers of muscle, his strength increased, but his build didn't…
All these experiments brought Naoyuki to one conclusion: this quirk adapts flexibly so the other parts of the body don't receive damage, and if that's right, Naoyuki may start his last experiment: Mature his brain.
It's scientifically tested that our brain is not fully mature until we are over 30, or even after turning 40, so, applying this quirk here and now theoretically works, although the result would be unknown.
This organ of our neurological system is the most mysterious, at least in his original world, science never completed the brain map. Hence, the mortality of surgeries that involve this organ was extremely high.
But quirks are anti-science to begin with, so Naoyuki will just trust.
Trust that his biology classes in secondary were useful.
"Ok, lets do this."
Naoyuki was very cautious, at no time did he show any rush.
He started concentrating that 'quirk energy' in different parts of his body, so the maturation scale and effect would be the minimum, then, he bit by bit started to flow it through his esophagus, by his neck, behind his nose… and later, the energy stopped being felt, but he knew that the quirk was in its way to the brain, after all, there're no nerve endings inside our skull.

The first thing Naoyuki felt was stimulation and freshness in all his body, like a pipeline that was stuck for days, but suddenly uncovered letting all the… things… pass.
But secondly, an insatiable thirst abounded his throat and tongue.
'I need water!'

"The dehydration could be caused by the disproportionate use of this quirk, but there're still possibilities that maturing the brain consumes more amount of water than the other regions." Naoyuki talked to himself as he wrote that down on another different notebook, this time in English, after thinking a bit, he added: 'It's recommended to carry supplies of water.'
Other than these words, the page is fully filled by a report of the behaviours of this quirk, every detail of the experiment was written, considering the number of quirks he's going to have, his memory may betray him, so he decided to do it like the old school.
In the two previous pages, the report of [Ear stick] and [Flying fingers] were written as well. He named this notebook the [Red report], and used his maturation quirk in one arm to lift the mattress of the bed and hide the [Red report] there.
After, he teared off the front pages of the first notebook, that now is called [Blue diary], those pieces of paper with his first quirk information were broken into really small pieces, Naoyuki mixed them really well, and threw one part by the toilet, the rest are to throw away later.
People might be wondering, why is he doing all this?
The answer is... in the few seconds he used the quirk in his brain, Naoyuki could realize that the actions he did in these last two days were out of place, like if it wasn't him, but done by a more immature person— a intelligent kid.
'Either due to lack of development of the brain or by the hormones, this body does affect my normal thinking…' Naoyuki concluded as he drunk liters of water from the tap, and used his quirk in his brain once again, just to devise a better plan.
The [Blue diary] was not a bad idea, it could truly be the proof that he had a random quirk everyday, but showing simultaneously that they were all useless quirks, making the HPSA lose its interest in Naoyuki.
But what the 'child Naoyuki' didn't consider was that the notes were too formal to be written by a kid, and it wouldn't fulfill its purpose if people of the HPSA suspect that he wrote the [Blue diary] intentionally. Instead, Naoyuki wrote his new notes like this:
'Stickers that let me hear voices from far away', 'Fingers that goes flying and comes back when they go too far (They are so slow!!!)' and 'I can make my arms, hand or feet bigger'.
The writing style was as childish as possible, and like 'Cherry on the cake', Naoyuki added some really ugly drawings to each quirk to represent them. He was glad that he didn't have artistic eyes, otherwise he will be angry with him self.
He put that notebook in the most visible place possible, and got out of his room.
Other than the [Blue diary], he might need more witnesses who attest their faith and legality that this kid's quirk changes every day, his own mother and the Midoriya family can be a good option, teachers of his kinder garden might work as well.
As long as he can show that his quirk isn't that great, he may have a normal life.

Being a child again was the greatest thing that had happened to him, Naoyuki had to admit: No responsibilities, food comes to your mouth when you're hungry, the parents don't put any pression on you, you can be free to play however you want. Nothing could be better.
Son and mother got off the elevator. The plan is this: Naoyuki would go to Midoriya izuku's house again, and the mother would go to her work.
Walking next to each other, Naoyuki started to check his system. Yesterday, after Naoyuki went back to his house, the task progress did not stay immobile, it actually increased from 29% to:

"Nao-chan!!!" A big scream was heard from far, when Naoyuki raised his vision, he saw a human size broccoli running toward him. "Let's go to train together! This is our youth!"
