Chapter 13: Chapter 13 : Battle Trials 1
It wasn't that hard to teach Izuku, the guy is pretty smart as long as he can become a little more confident in himself. Izuku also went through the same problem as Yuta did. First, his body was not at all able to handle the full grunt of OFA.
Bone cracking, muscle rupturing and even more. Yuta went through the same process to master the power he has now. And he had more time and knowledge to train himself.
Both kind of had their own good and bad, Yuta had more time to master the power but ultimately when it came to time, he was far behind Izuku, he could use his quirk for only an hour after all and that too after this long time. Yuta have knowledge of the plot and system on his side, not like he was restricted to OFA, in future he is sure that he can unlock more powers. Izuku on the other hand had All Might, well not like that idiot can teach him anything besides clenching the butt chicks and yelling smash.
Maybe the only thing in which Izuku was superior to Yuta was his willpower and heroic heart. Yuta too agreed with this and long accepted the facts. Izuku could endure much more pain than Yuta. To the point that Yuta even suspected the boy was a masochist in secret. And of course, the freaking reason why the symbol of peace even choose him. He really holds that hero's heart. Yuta in comparison, which he too accepts, is a greedy person who mostly acts for his profit.
Yuta felt a little conflicted about how Izuku was improving. It was clear to him that he would lose his top position soon enough if Izuku kept on growing. Thoughts like keeping the information about OFA to himself rise in his heart whenever he felt Izuku growing. It was a very natural thought but humans are supposed to feel bad when thinking about this right?
"Then why the fuck I don't feel shit, could it be that I'm a scumbag...
Nah!"
Honestly, Yuta himself agree that he is no Hero material, there are tons of character flaws in him. The only reason he kept on helping Izuku was the quest. After all, it was a Major Quest. Those types of quests usually give better rewards.
But Yuta wasn't expecting that it would take so much time. In the anime, Izuku was able to learn full cowling in under a week. But here he was still very far away from mastering it.
Most of it has something to do with Izuku still not being able to handle OFA power. In anime at least he was able to hold back his power until he went and broke his arms or fingers.
Here whether he moves or not, he is breaking those bones left and right. Now that Yuta thinks about it, maybe all that martial arts and training really work out for him.
"Not sure how long I have to wait for this reward to come," Yuta sighed, he thought that he could get a training partner but seeing Izuku taking this long time to learn full cowling, Yuta just ended up wasting an hour each day with Izuku to help him train. Well, he too was training, just not in his quirk.

UA surprisingly was like any other high school. Fun then you are with friends, annoying and boring when with teachers. It could be also exciting if there is a lover, unfortunately just like the author, Yuta also lacks the necessary face, skills and bank balance to pull that off.
He got many male friends though, even female friends, just no potential ship. He didn't even try, scars from his previous life were enough for him to bury his face 20 feet underground.
"Yo, Yuta. What are you thinking so much man? You just daze off like this during classes," Kirishima, the red-haired boy with a hardening quirk, came out of nowhere and put his arm around Yuta's neck like they knew each other for a long time.
Annoyed Yuta closed his mouth before he reputed him, but although he acted annoyed, it was far from it. In the entire class if there was a single student who he resonated the most then it would be Kirishima.
He was most like a normal teenage boy. Much like him back then when he died. They both soon became friends and even Gym Bros.
"Nothing man, just contemplating how unfair life is,"
"Ah, again talking like an old man. Do you get some kind of kick by doing that or something ?"
"Tch, brats nowadays have no respect,"
"Haha, that's so similar to my gramps dude, are you sure you are fit for this Hero stuff? You can go for an acting career you know,"
"There is not much difference between them," Yuta muttered under his breath but Kirishima heard him just right. The boy might look a little hard-headed idiot but he is pretty smart. He long realized that Yuta is not just any normal 15-year-old.
But he is cool with it, as long as he likes similar hobbies as and, the same beliefs as him, he is cool with him.
"Even if I like the same girl as you,"
"Huh, did I say that out loud ?"
"No but more like a whisper. If you weren't this close then I wouldn't have listened to it. "
"Oh,"
While bickering, which Yuta found himself doing a lot with Kirishima somehow, they were quite similar in many ways like the games they like and talking about chicks.
"I'm entering the door like a normal person," that was the time when they all heard someone opening the door and a big man in a hero's costume enter the room.
This was none other than All Might. Yuta observes the reaction of his teammates around him and he has to say that they sure idolise him.
Yuta is not sure how strong All Might is when it comes to global power scale. He is considered as the strongest only in Japan. There sure are much stronger quirks besides OFA. Like that one chick with can make rules or something.
No, All Might was not that much adored just becuase he was strong. He was part so popular becuase of his actions and his marketing. He has marketed himself as the pillar who is holding back all the evils. Which is not that wrong either.
And the other part is him being a hero from their own country. All Might is famous even outside Japan. It's just that in Japan his celebrity status is god-like.
"Students today we are gonna go Battle training. Hero style.
And you can't do that while looking like this, so," All Might said and posed a Jojo pose, Yuta as very envious of that Hulkulian body of the Blond Hero.
If only he had a fraction of that physics, he could also do his favourite Jojo Pose.
Sighing he looked at the fantasy wall from where the hero costume suddenly came out.
'This school have too much money,' After a little grumbling, he takes his hero costume exits the classroom to change.
After All, it's once again Hero Time.
