Chapter 9: Chapter 8: Love triangle
It had been 2 days since I told Paige. I hadn't told anyone else besides my best friend Lilia, and that was it. Lilia had been pretty quiet lately. I decided to visit her because she seemed to be quiet.
I arrived at Lilia's house 20 minutes later. We went up to her room. We sat on her bed for a couple minutes. Then I popped the question, "You have been quiet lately. Are you ok?" I asked her. Lilia sat there for a second. "Yep." I could tell she was lying. "Your lying". She didn't speak. " Something is wrong". "NOTHING IS WRONG" Lilia yelled. I was quiet for a second. Lilia had never yelled at me before, or has ever been mad at me before. "YES! Something is wrong". I yelled back. " NO, NO, AND NO! I'M COMPLETELY FINE!" Lilia responded.
"IF NOTHING WAS WRONG THEN WHY WOULD YOU GET SO MAD?!" I yelled back, getting angry.
"BECAUSE... BECAUSE..." Lilia hesitated.
"HUH?! HUH?! IM ONLY TRYING TO HELP YOU! I CAN'T DO THAT IF YOU GET MAD AND LIE TO ME! NOW WHY ARE YOU SO MAD?! WHY?! WH-" Lilia interrupted me.
"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU BUT YOU LOVE SADIE!" Lilia screamed at me and left the room in rage.
