Chapter 29: Are we all pretending?

Zoe's Pov...

"Yes. Sam is my ex boyfriend. " I whisper

He abruptly got off the bed and paced the room while breathing deeply. The only sound I heard was of his pounding steps and harsh breaths.

I sat up and scoot to the head board of the bed, in the centre.

He ran his hand in his hair, and veins were the only thing I noticed. Why. Why this makes me go Niagara fall.

He was definitely controlling his anger. And all I saw was shirtless hottie on display.

Something is really wrong with me.

"Tell me everything about you and sam" He said once he stopped on the edge of bed. His voice snapping me out of my day dream.

"Huh? "

"Tell. Me. Everything about you and sam" He repeat with stern voice. The voice that makes you wanna do anything he asks.

But I was no fool. First of all he was angry and second I am not interested in fuelling the fire.

So instead I shot another question at him, "How did you know about me and him? "

He glared. I glared too.
