In another corner of the continent, where the grass were sparse and the skies are gloomy, a gathering was held. This gathering was held by the Queen of Apocalypse, Alice.

Cruel violet eyes gleamed under the rim her white bangs. From her throne, Alice observed the Bloodaxe Orc Army standing, waiting for her orders. After waiting for a while, she stood up and addressed them.
"I am feeling hungry again.", she said with a carefree attitude.
"Anything you want?", a gruff voice asked.
"Hmmm, I think the Moon Elves will do. Go get some, will you."
"Yes."
Alice watched as the chief of the Bloodaxe Orcs, Balmond, issued commands. She thought about his rebellion back then. The young chief was fierce but was an idiot. Drinking the blood of Blood Demons, how foolish! She is the queen of the blood demons, of course she can control their blood.

Balmond sighed his resignation at his accursed fate. He remembered the day he sparked a rebellion against the blood demons. He remembered the bloodshed and the chaos.
He killed his to palace but was deterred by the strength of blood demons. Feeling the jaws of death closing on him, he took the nearest dead blood demon and drank his blood. His companion also followed suit. Regaining their strength, they killed the remaining blood demons.
Still sitting in her throne, Alice watched the manslaughter in front of her without a care. When she saw Balmond making his over her, she smiled.
"Your days of having our tribe as slaves are over", said Balmond.
"Oh really. Are you sure?"
"Yes! Our tribe will no longer be slaves to yours and we will have our freedom.", he said as he raised his blade in preparation to behead the queen.
Alice watched as he swung the blade down without fear. Then the blade stopped few inches away from her skull. Balmond watched in horror as despite his efforts, his axe is unable to go forth. Alice rose from her in which she said, "Kneel." And he dropped to his knees.
He was pulled out from his reverie when Alice said, "I am feeling hungry again."
Balmond replied, "anything you want?"
"Hmmm, I think Moon Elves will do. Go get some, will you.", she said after some contemplation.
"Yes.", he said with resignation.
