Another kunai shot.
Jumping from branches to branches as I moved through the trees.
' How many arrows does she have!?' I thought as I tossed another kunai.

I took out a makeshift grenade from my inventory that I made a few years ago.
Attaching it onto a branch, I jumped down and started running.
A few seconds later, I heard an explosion.
* Boom!!*
' That should hold her off for a while. ' I thought as I kept running.
* Swoosh Swoosh Swoosh *
" Wha!??" I looked up to see a rain of arrows descend in my location.
' Shit.'
I stopped running as I looked at the arrows.
* Inhale Exhale *
' Don't fail me now, luck.'
I ran towards the arrows.
* Swoosh *
The arrows passed me as they hit the ground and trees.
* Boom!! * * Boom!! *
' Reminds me of artillery fire.' I thought as passed through an arrow that destroyed the ground.
I closed into Atalantas' location as I pulled Mahiru-no-yo.
" Mahiru." I chanted.
A blazing flame came the blade.

Burning the tree that fell in front of me, I kept running towards Atalanta.
' Breath of fire: Ninth form: Rengoku.'

Moving at speeds as the my demon slayer mark appeared.
The ground was carved as in its wake as I quickly arrived in front of Atalanta.
* Slash! *
Atalanta dodged with her high agility.
* Boom! *
I destroyed multiple trees with the flame.
Turning around, I barely moved my head to dodge an arrow.
And just as I looked up, I saw a huge mana being imbued into her arrow.
Seing the shining arrow as I realized how dangerous it was.
' Breath of Massacre: First Form: Annihilation.' Imbueing Life force into the attack, it made the technique more dangerous and powerful.
As the arrow and the blade met, the attack was destroyed as I had to cover myself with the life force to protect myself from the explosion.

" What!??" Atalanta shouted as she landed, but she retreated once more when I arrived in front of her.
Before she could react, I attached a makeshift grenade on her body as she tried to get it off.

Before Atalanta could react, she was blown away.

" Sigh, you improved." I spoke as I slowly walked up to her as she tried to get.
" Ugh." She tried to respond. She tried to reach for her wrist and pockets like she was searching for something only to take out a card as she stared in shock.
" Looking for this?" I pulled out the golden ribbon.
I saw her eyes widen as she tried reaching out.
" Sigh, you still have a lot to learn." I said as I crouched
I took off my mask.
" Yuto!?" She shouted.
" Yo."
I smiled as I dodged a punch.
" Bastard! I'm going to gouge your eyes out!" Ahe screamed.
" Hey, get off!"
I held Atalantas wrist as she tried tonreach for my eyes.
She noticed that my strength was suppressed as she paused.
' Shit, Iris remove the suppression.'

After a little pause, Atalanta began to aggressively reach my eyes.
" Hey, stop! You're scaring me."
We both continued to wrestle as I tried to keep my eyes safe.

Atalanta pulled back as she held her cheek.
She glared at me and tried to punch me back only for me to dodge and catch her wrist and roll her over to her back.
" Alright. Thast enough..." Before I could finish, she kicked me off.
* Thud *
" Sigh." I sighed as I just laid on my back.
I heard Atalanta getting up.
Sh walked up to me.
She sat on my stomach as she pulled my collar and spoke.
" Where were you? What happened at the poet city?"
" Sigh, alright, just get off, I'll tell you." I waited till she got off, but she didn't.
I looked up to her as I noticed she didn't get off as she kept staring at me with sharp eyes.
' This is uncomfortable.' I thought.
" Sigh, space blink."
I blinked on top of a broken tree as I sat on it.
Atalanta immediately went on alert as she checked her surroundings. She stopped as she found me on the broken tree.
" Come on, I'll tell you what happened. " I spoke as I pointed at the broken tree next to me.
She just nodded, and she took a seat.
" In a land far, far away there lived an ogre who lived in a swamp....." I noticed Atalanta give me death glare as I coughed.
" Ahem, alright, so apparently..."
I began to tell what happened and what I did in my journey. I don't know why I did.
Maybe it was I needed someone to talk to, or maybe I felt alone, and here she was, the only person I felt close to in this time.
I kept talking as I looked at Atalanta, and she looked at me as well.
Atalanta kept quiet as she listened.

" Munch,munch,munch, Sho, gulp, I had to track my sword all the way here." I spoke as I held Mahiru-no-yo.
I was finishing my bread as Atalanta looked at the sword.
" Is that the cursed sword I hear about?" She said as she looked me up and down.
" Are you sure it's safe to wield that?"
" Eh, it's a little annoying, but it's useful." I shrugged.
Mahiru-no-yo vibrated, but I ignored it.
" So what have you been doing, Great hero Atalanta." I smirked.
" Sigh, don't call me that." She made an annoyed face.
I chuckled.
" So, hunting down targets..." I said.
" You killed my target, didn't you?" She said.
" Yup, needed a way into the auction. He just happened to be my lucky target." I spoke.
Atalanta just shook her head.
" He was dealing with an organization that's been trying to take over Greece. He was my only lead." She said.
" Well, I guess you wanted this." I said as I pulled out Kostas's letter.
" How dis you get it?" She said as she read the letter.
" The idiot had it on him, I'm guessing he didn't want someone to risk finding it from his home territory."
Atalanta just nodded.
" Tell more of this organization." I said.
Atalanta turned her head away from the letter.
" Do you want to help?" She said.
" It seems like fun. Besides, I need to honor a promise." I said as I put on my mask.
" Alright. Aristos." She smirked.
" Jokes on you, I'm too tired to argue." I said as I lay on the ground, getting ready to sleep.
" Tsk." I heard Atalanta click her tongue.
And just like that, we both rested surrounded by destroyed trees.
As I stared at the moon, I checked the systems mission.

I looked down to my hand to see a black mark.
The mark had a dragon made of black and purple scales that reached up to my arm.
The head of the dragon looked like it was roaring as it had its mouth opened.
A few seconds later, the mark disappeared into my skin.
I decided to leave it alone to not do anything stupid with it.
I started looking at the other rewards.
