Chapter 2: 2 HIS HIGHNESS ARRIVES
As Li Rong stared in awe the women suddenly reached down and grabbed her?!
She was in the arms of a women ! And what worried her most is who's body she occupied.
Because one thing she knew for sure is this wasn't her body!
She couldn't think straight as the beautiful lady began to pat her back gently and began walking around the luxurious room in order to entertain her.
Was she in a baby's body?! She couldn't be as she'd never heard of such phenomenon actually occurring. Sure there were fiction stories about it but she'd never actually believed it!
She looked around the room taking in the nice decorations. The colors in the room mainly were gold, white, and red. Even the furniture had gold on it, which let her curiosity wonder to think who had such extravagant taste.
The way the decor was set looked to be quite old, as the furniture gave an ancient feeling.
As the lady carried her she got a glimpse of herself into the mirror off into the far corner of the room. She wasn't able to see her face but one thing was sure, she was defiantly a baby!
As she tried looking again a women walked in the room with a nervous look. The women looked young but was dressed in the attire of a maid during medieval times.
The women looks were simple yet emitted gentleness as her eyes were soft. "Lady Genesis" She said as she bowed before her and the women holding her.
She couldn't see much but she was glad just being able to hear their conversation.
"Speak" the lady holding her said in a calm yet imposing tone.
"His highness will be arriving soon. I'm quite nervous for the young miss." The lady by the door said as she looked down with a worried look.
Li Rong couldn't help but wonder who this young miss was.
"The young miss is an exact replica of his highness. Not only did she inherit his looks, but the rare birthmark of the royal drago family has appeared on her." Lady Genesis said as she caressed the young baby's head.
She suddenly walked and laid the baby gently in the cradle. She then turned towards the young lady by the door who had tears in her eyes.
"B-But you know how his highness hates children and women.... the young miss is only 4 months old and since she can't provide any entertainment for his majesty he'll find no use in her and..." the lady timidly said swallowing her last words.
Lady genisis looked over at the baby in the cradle and her eyes softened "As I am part of the Vissalany tribe, my only purpose is to serve the royal family and protect them. His majesty has killed all his offspring along with women who tried to earn favor thorough them.
He himself knows he needs an heir. She may be a girl but I want to believe theirs still a chance she may catch our majesty's attention."
Li Rong couldn't help but understand her situation. She was the baby they were talking about and this so called highness or majesty may kill her.
As the women spoke and Li Rong focused on a plan in order to survive suddenly lady Genesis picked her up. As she held her she fastens her clothes and began to walk through the door. "His highness is waiting for our young miss. All we can do now is have faith that he will let this small being survive."
Li Rong watched attentively as they walked through the hallways which were elegantly decorated.
This so called highness defiantly liked expensive stuff.
As her head lay on Lady Genesis shoulder she noticed the maid walking behind them. This seemed so much like one of those fiction books read when she was young.
Lady Genesis suddenly stoped and the maid went forward soon following with the opening of a door.
As both enters the door she felt lady Genesis now lightly and mumble "may his highness Zemo live forever."
A ruffle of papers was heard following with a deep commanding voice resonating through the walls.
"Bring her here."
