Chapter 13: First Shoot, Good-luck
"Hello? Umm-- pardon me, are you Miss Hyun ChiXian, the main Female Lead in-"
"Yes, I am."
"Oh.. Hello then, Miss Hyun. I am Xiao Jun, your makeup artist." The 27 aged lady who introduced herself as Xiao Jun mouthed, while letting out her hand for a shake. Hyun ChiXian sees it, for sure, but she ignored it for no reason. "The shooting will begin 1 hour from now. Can you start your work?"
"Uh- Haha! Sure, Miss.. Let's go to the makeup room!" Xiao Jun lead the way. Hyun ChiXian did not pay any attention to her, instead, she just walked with her own way to the makeup room -- avoiding any close contact with her.
Xiao Jun then looked over Hyun ChiXian carefully. Although she does not use any dust of makeup, her prettiness is still as wonderful as ever. Her gradient pink lips become contrast on her flawless skin. "Um.. We are here, Miss."
Hyun ChiXian mumbled an unclear 'mmm', but it was clear to Xiao Jun's ear, though. She then leniently asked that gorgeous lady to take a seat, and began taking out lots of make-up equipment. Some of other workers also eyed them, and realised that Hyun ChiXian is acting indifferent.
"Maybe Miss Hyun is not too well today. Perhaps she's shock about her sudden role as the main female lead, I guess." someone murmured to her other friend, while secretly glaring over Hyun ChiXian. But, then..
"Umm.. Miss Hyun, this is type of make up I will put on you. Does this suit your taste?" Taking out a makeover styles list, Xiao Jun softly pointed the one she meant on the magazine. Hyun ChiXian eyed it.
All people there thought she will act normally by replying a "yes" but instead..
She replied a bitter "no".
"I guess you should just keep that makeup for Miss Xia. I already ordered someone who is more professional." Hyun ChiXian said, and everyone's face knitted like a knitwear.
* Hyun ChiXian's Handphone Ringtone .
"Hello? Yes Jiejie? Oh-- you had arrived? Alright then, I will come and pick you... Eh- why? Hahaha, alright then. -- Yes, at floor 3-- Yeah, see you soon."
Hyun ChiXian then gazed Xiao Jun, and also Xia YunFei who has arrived at the similar moment. "Got to go. Goodluck with Miss Xia."
Xia YunFei who already inside the makeup room, heard vividly what did Hyun ChiXian said. She looked furious but trying her best to look chill. "Pfft. I don't need cheap make-up like that, Miss Hyun. Sorry."
There were some glints in other's eyes when they heard the words that flowed out from Xia YunFei's mouth.
"Oh, alright then, Miss Xia. I just simply asked Miss Xiao to keep it for you. I did not know you would not like it," Hyun ChiXian said, and went outside after taking her handbag.
Everyone's eyes fell onto the both figure, Xiao Jun and Xia YunFei.

"Hyun! I am soo glad to meet you again!" Someone called Hyun ChiXian from afar. It was Ariana, a super famous makeup artist from America.
"Jiejie! Oh, haha, me too!" Hyun ChiXian who instantly notified the call from the familiar voice thrilled. They both hugged each other in a tickle tenderness.
"Na, what now? We don't have time for chit-chat, let's go!" Comfy and soft, not like how Hyun ChiXian treated Xiao Jun previously, she laughed after hearing Ariana's words. "Heheh. Alright Jiejie."
While they both walked towards Hyun ChiXian's private makeup room, Ariana then suddenly mouthed, "Aww, I am longed to put makeup on your face since the last day you moved from USA!"
"Hahaha, yeah."

Lu JinZeng who just finished his makeover, then looked over his reflection in a mirror. He looked so cool in a student's basketball outfit, with a perfectly stunning look.
"Done! President Lu, you looked sooo great!" ChenZe, his makeup artist said over him, and tidied his hair a bit. Some moments later, the 26 years old lad exclaimed again, "Aiyoo.. So amazing!"
But Lu JinZeng did not replied anything, he only stared himself in his reflection on the mirror, emotionless.
It was later after a crew of the film "Mischievous" went inside. "President Lu! Both of the female leads and other shooting crews are ready!"
"Hmm, OK then." He went away after passing some amazed workers, who were saying lots of praise as soon as he went past by.
"Whoaa.. President Lu looks so- so-so cool and— ugh, hot! He looked perfect on his role become a 'badboy'!"
"Yeah.. 100 percent right! I cannot bear myself seeing him. Ugh— isn't he is the spoiler of angles?"
"Yeaaah! He's so charming!"

Meanwhile, Hyun ChiXian who already finished her makeover then smiled over herself. Ariana also curved his lips upwards. "Ah.. I did a perfect touch on you, honey!"
"Yes, you did! I looked good, thanks Jiejie!" Hyun ChiXian proclaimed, and eyed herself in the mirror again.
Now, she is wearing a highschool outfit, with a pink patterned skirt that matched her necktie, a pair of stocking and black sneakers. She looked cute, and it really affected the changes of her 'gorgeous' aura before!
"Ah.. Your straight black hair suits your looks now, ChiXian!"
"Heheh. By who's touch?"
"Hahaha, by this pretty Ariana, of course!"
Then, her eyes focused over Xia YunFei who also there. She arrived on their shooting venue only some minutes ago. Her appearance with a a highschool dress also seemed stunning, but Hyun ChiXian's looks immediately paled her in comparison.
Both of their eyes struck info a tall figure who just arrived there. It was the Main Male Lead, and also the director of the drama itself. Lu JinZeng. He is holding the role of a bad guy who loves an innocent girl, whom is Hyun ChiXian's role.
"President Lu! Heheh- I- I mean, goodluck!" Out of a sudden, everyone's eyes focused onto a short Korean girl figure, Yoon Ri, the 'wife' of Lu JinZeng's in general audiences' eyes.
Lu JinZeng only eyed her for a moment, before replying a dull 'mmm'. He took his position next to his real wife, Hyun ChiXian.
"Miss Hyun, heheh, goodluck for your shoot!"
Her greetings was replied with a warm smile by Hyun ChiXian herself. That time, Yoon Ri also eyed Xia YunFei's appearance. "Miss Xia, all the best!"
But alas, she only got a short timed glance as a reply.
"Alright, everyone is ready now. Take positions."
That time, Hyun ChiXian looked over Xia YunFei, and smiled.
Her lips shaped a word 'goodluck' before turned away and went next by him again.
"Goodluck President Lu!"
Everyone's eyes focused on the both perfect figures who stood next to each other.
