Chapter 98: Vigilante

"First floor clear, heading up to the second floor."

Getting back into formation, they gradually made their way up the stairs. Reaching the top of the stairs, they prepped two flashbangs and tossed them into the room.

Swiftly, they entered the room, checking the corners they scanned the room. The room was empty, except for the body that was in the corner.

"Clear." One of the S.W.A.T members said as he clicked his radio.

"I have seven injured suspects downstairs, thirteen dead suspects downstairs, and another one on the second floor, requesting medical assistance."

"Understood, medical personnel are being dispatched." A voice replied before he changed the channel on the radio.

With the room clear, one of the members went to check on the state of the corpse which he instantly regretted.

During his time on the force, he witnessed many things no normal human should have ever seen.
