Chapter 7: CONFESSION! part-1
Hotaru and Kaito were put in the poster making group as they were strong in language and the teachers believed that they would be able to make up catchy jingles. They were literally thriving, compliments were overflowing.
Whereas Yuqi and Sosuke were in charge of the decoration of the entrance corridor . Yuqi seemed to be very passionate about it and she put all her creativity into practice, while Sosuke blindly followed Yuqi's orders. The result of their work was perfect and they finished pretty fast. There were still two days for the school festival and the other children were still working hard to meet the deadline. Before helping the others Sosuke suggested that they should take a break.
"Hmm.. You are right. Let's take a break. After all we finished first and also worked hard. So should we just take a walk? ",Yuqi asked innocently.
"Yup. Lets take a walk. The garden behind the school would be empty. Lets go there. I don't want to listen to blabbering of our classmates.",he replied clearly annoyed.
They went to the garden behind the school and were pretty silent for a while. Just then.
"Is something bothering you?",Sosuke asks concerned.
"Nothing. Why do you ask?", Yuqi
"You have been acting weird lately. Especially with me. Did I do something wrong?",he sounded sincerely concerned.
"Its not you. It's...it's me!",she stuttered and her cheeks turned red.
Yuqi didn't want to confess but at the same time she wanted to tell him. Right now what she felt was extremely complicated. Her mind was messed up.
