Chapter 2: A real Conversation!, With a girl!
A day had passed since Hunter had gotten his death quest from the system, He still didn't have food and Sasha knew this fact
She was slightly worried that he hadn't left his room since running away the day before, she was also worried about him not eating...
Sasha sighed and decided to wait until he came out to talk to him "Hey mom... that weird guy still hasn't come out?"
Bree, Sasha's daughter asked, Bree had blonde hair like her mother and blue eyes, She had her father's nose, and had assets that neither of the parents could testify where they came from...
"He isn't weird... and why are you wearing that? going somewhere?" Sasha asked teasingly making her daughters cheeks flush slightly
"Justin and I have plans today..." Bree said and charged past her mother quickly hiding her flushed face
Sasha chuckles and gets back to her work still slightly worried about the boy in room 11

Hunter was worried about himself also, He had exactly 28 days to talk to ten women without stuttering, and he wasn't sure how to do this
While he was panicking he was able to learn a few things from the system, He wouldn't technically die, but his brain would crumble and he would go into a vegetable state
At least he would be alive right?... What the fuck kind of Optimism is that?, Hunter needed a way to get more comfortable with talking to people, especially women
First thing first however he needed some food, he was starving from not eating for a whole 24 hours, So using his God tiers sneak skills he walked out and immediately got caught by Sasha
"You look like shit!" She yelled and dropped her papers walking over to him as he just stood there inwardly cursing himself for not getting his sneak skill high enough
She started patting his body with a concerned expression on her face "You haven't been eating...or sleeping have you?" She said seeing the dark circles under his eyes and even the signs that he hadn't showered for a while also
"I'm... fine, miss...Sasha," He said pausing to make sure not to stutter, if he was lucky she would count as a new woman
Sasha raised her eyebrow and backed away "Fine, I guess it's none of my business... but stop by later, We are having a bigger dinner than usual and it would be nice for you to join us

Hunter nodded absentmindedly after seeing the quest and Sasha had a bright smile " Good we'll be expecting you at 8:00, See you then"
As she walked away he let out a breath of relief and walked out of the apartment complex to finally get his groceries
It seemed that talking with Sasha wasn't included since he had talked to her before... so sighting he put his hoodie up and walked into the store
"And I was like what the Fuck!?... how dare he says that to me, he should be grateful to even touch me," A girl said to her friend as they walked throughout the store
Hunter was close by looking at several different types of Lunchables, He hadn't been brave enough to ever go to a grocery store so this was his first time finding out there were actually several types
*Bump*
The girl from earlier bumped into him and he fell down, due to his small and frail figure it wasn't hard to push him down
"ugh loser get out of my way" The girl glanced down at him and kept walking with her friend

As Hunter got up he looked at the quest he breathed in deeply, He really didn't have a choice, He would die if he didn't stop being a little bitch the system even said so
So with as much confidence, his 1 confidence stat could give him he tapped the girl's friend on the shoulder
They were both at least a 7 in looks, With the one who bumped into him being on the higher end, They both had black hair and we're wearing jean shorts that were ripped on the ends
As She turned around he became even more nervous "um what?" The girl said looking him up and down
"yes...hi...my name...its hunter", He said slowly to make sure not to stutter
" Ok...my names Jessica," Jessica said, the girl who knocked Hunter down, turned toward their conversation after hearing Jessica introduce herself
"Jessica, why are you talking to this loser?" She said eying him up and down
"Stacy be nice... he tapped me on the shoulder, I'm not sure what's wrong with him tho" Jessica said seeing that Hunter hasn't said anything and is just staring at them
Realizing they are done talking Hunter takes the next step and looks for something to talk about "Those are nice...breasts" He says and realizes what he just said
The two girls thought they must have heard wrong, There was no way he complimented her breasts right? But it looked like This was the case
Hunter knew he was fucked, He was ready for them to scream and yell at him calling him a pervert, maybe even call their boyfriends
But he wasn't ready for what happened next "Pft" They started laughing and looked at him differently, They couldn't believe that he was bold enough to say that, Little did they know he wasn't bold enough to do that, and he was just nervous and had nothing else to talk about
"Hey what's your name?" Stacy said, she didn't hear him when he told Jessica, and she also didn't think he was worth it at that time, but now after that sentence, she couldn't help but want to get closer, if only a little bit
Hunter started to feel more comfortable as he talked with them, And once they started laughing it had lightened him up even more so he gave his best smile "Just call me hunter"
Stacy Smiled While Jessica was still chuckling about his statement "Well Hunter~, Want to hang out with is some time?"
As she asked this Hunter didn't answer, this was because he was freaking out 'I'm talking to a girl! 2 of them!' He felt proud of himself, he went from not talking to anyone except his family to talking to 4 different people now
"Hunter?" Stacy saw that he wasn't listening to her and frowned slightly, she was standing right in front of him and he dared to ignore her?
When she said his name he was knocked out of his stupor and he blinked "Yeah...can I have your numbers?" This was the real test, if they said no all his confidence that he had gained just now would be wasted
Jessica had stopped laughing and when he asked this she just smiled and took out her phone "Here put your number in"
Hunter put his phone number in her phone and smiled as he left and paid for his groceries, as he walked out of the store he went to an alley just by the side and put the groceries down
"Yes!!" He shouted as loud as he could, his heart was pumping faster than when people run 5k's, He couldn't believe he had done that, and succeeded in getting their phone numbers!

Seeing he had a new Gacha ticket he quickly went home with his bags of food, ignoring the girl that he bumped into in front of the complex
The truth is he hadn't even seen her when he was too excited to pull another Gacha
Sitting down on his bed he went to The skills section "This should hopefully be better than a useless bottle cap" He said to himself and pulled the Gacha using the ticket
And out popped a blue orb right into his hands, According to the system, this was the 2md worst thing he could get, The level went, White, Blue, Green, yellow, Purple, Silver, Gold
So this wouldn't be that good of a skill, but anything is better than nothing
*Congratulations you have gained the skill [Singing(Novice)]*
The skill wasn't too bad, He had always wanted to sing, except he had never been brave enough to give it a try, now however he was boosted with confidence from the 2 girls he had talked too
He immediately used it and felt all sorts of information enter his brain, He now knew the basics of singing, and he instinctually knew that he could sing most songs good enough
He was no pop star, but maybe a beginner choir level?...for elementary schoolers
Shaking his head Hunter checked the time and got dressed ready for the dinner that he was invited to earlier
With booming confidence he knocked on their door, This confidence deflated seeing the girl around his age with blonde hair glaring at him as she opened the door "What do you want asshole?"
