I'm writing this moment I got out of school.
I had to walk to my mothers work today and she works at an elementary school. I swear I walked into the school and I saw a blind little girl who kept on rubbing her eyes. She was kind. Atleast that's what I perceived. She had her own aide talking to her and she kept on smiling. She laughed and smiled like the other children in the school. So as I walked along my old elementary school and headed to my mothers room. I just felt relaxed. The kids played and this one teacher made them sing a math song. It made me think of how ugly we humans get as we age. We become greedy, prejudiced, obsessed, envious, and a whole myriad of other things. I mean I know that we all know this, but most of us choose not to say it. Because we know it also means ourselves included.
People change. We all do. I admit, even I changed. Though I'm still trying to figure out if it's a good change or not.
Sincerely: Calamity
