Chapter 1: Chapter I
I was falling into a deep ocean. The place i would die at. The place i would finally rest.
This was the moment I had waited for all my life. To finally rest from all my sadness and sorrow. To be free.
I was the daughter of the chief and comander of a great organization of ghouls. I was the smallest child of the four children my parents had. I was left to die after I refused to harm humans as they are.
Since then I was considered as an outsider. If I died or lived it would not affect my "family". Yes I did die in that fight at the end of the embarcadero. I was happy.
-"So this is death? It feels so nice. It's warm and calming"-
I said as i drowned. I thought that was my end. But not even close to it.
Elizabeth:
I was living in Japan with my uncle James and his gang. He was a gang person. All his friends were really something in the drift racing in the great city. My uncle even was recognized by the mafia leaders as a fellow follower. But that couldn't last much after they found out my uncle had me around.
They said I child like me had no future in any place. My uncle always believed in me. So he never let me go. He had to take care of me when I lost my parents when I was a newborn.
James:
-"Eli today is your first day in high school. I want you to be careful and pay attention to the teachers"-
Elizabeth:
-"I will uncle. And I promise that I will get good grades this year."-
I gave my uncle a huge hug and went to school. At school when I entered class it was extremely different from the other schools. The class I had for the first hour was math. The second hour was science. At recess, I meet three people they also were Americans like me. Also immigrants from birth. One was Patrick. He was as funny as he could be. Brianna aka bribri and then there was Rin. She was the alfa of their group... at first, she scared me but then I got the hang of their way to the layout she had. And last was a shy but cute boy who I seemed very attracted to his name was Yato.
I was a wild one. Sometimes I could get in trouble for this but there was something in the way I dealt with the problems I had, that would get me out of them fast. I was known to be a kind and delicate little girl. Tho I had some problems with a guy who always bugged me in school. For my shitty luck, he too was in my school and in the same class as me. His name is Nishio
There was a problem about a year ago when I did not accept him as my boyfriend. Like why would I want someone like him around? He is a trouble maker and not in any good steps. I had to be kind to him in front of his father Mr. Sikaka. For the sake of my uncle. But if it wasn't for that I would make it possible to see neither of them.
The first months at school were very clam. All until the great dance. Each year the school had a great dance where we could invite friends and family from outside. as I said many months had passed and I got more close to my friends and also closer to Oliver. Something that Nishio was not ok with. you could easily see he was jealous every time he was near me.
Mr. Sikaka was there that day and asked to see me. As much as I didn't want to, I had to leave my friends and sit with Mr. Sikaka and Nishio. It wasn't that bad cause my uncle was there too but something unexpected happened.
Mr. Sikaka asked to make an announcement to the whole community. An announcement that destroyed me entirely.
Mr. Sikaka:
-"Today I proudly announce the engagement of my son and the young lady you all know as Elizabeth"-
I tore apart without words. I looked at my uncle for him to stop this, but he didn't do anything! What was wrong with him he normally would make some remark. Rin, Pat, Bribri, and Yato looked at me with a huge disappointment look on all their faces. They knew that with Nishio as the new chief in town their family's were at risk. I lost everything just in their looks. Nishio came aside me as everyone was happy and celebrating and all I could feel was sadness. the biggest sadness I had ever felt in my life.
Nishio:
-"Don't look so sad sweetheart soon you will be on the high top. Isn't that what you wanted the most? Oh and did I mention, If you do not agree with making me your husband your little friends and uncle and everyone like them will be killed. That would be so shameful that for an unagrement of your's they die'-
He grabbed my shoulders and gave me a kiss that made everyone see that we both wanted to kiss. To me, t was not so great. once finished I looked away and saw my friends. Rin grabbed Bribri and ran out of school. Pat could only try to pull Oliver out of that place.
Acting as if I would go to the bathroom I ran outside trying to catch up to them. And I did. It was too late.
Elizabeth:
-" Rin, wait I can explain!"-
Rin:
-" Explain what?! There is nothing you could tell me to change my mind. You used us all for the last months. You used Oliver for fun. You never hated Nishio. It all was a lie, you're friendship, you're trust, you're promises, everything about you is a lie you user!! Your just like him and everyone in that salon. WE ALL HATE YOU"-
Bribri was crying and Pat held her in his arms, Oliver just was looking away listening, and once rin said they all hated me they just walked all away. I couldn't even explain myself to them. There was no going back on what was happening. I was getting married to their enemy we no longer could be friends in any way. and my forbidden love was also just another thing to dream about. There was no going back.... I lost my friends....
