The rest of the trip on the train with Emilia was a literal trip to hell as she kept asking him all kinds of questions about Mashiro and his relationship with her and if he used some kind of curse on the girl to get her interested in him which was a huge hit to his ego… He would never trick people, never!
So he ended up explaining to her how he met Mashiro inside the park and what kind of girl she was and how surprisingly she didn't fear him like everyone else so he took a liking to her... Hearing this, Emilia fell silent and didn't ask much afterward...
15 minutes later, they finally reached Akihabara, the land of the Otaku, where pale creepy guys that like 1000 years old little girls roam the streets proudly, they rarely leave their houses, only for such holy occasion to refill their stash of manga or anime and maybe novels, before they run back to their lairs where the light of the sun never reaches!
Most of them looked unhealthy in all kinds of ways, and for the first time, Yuki finally felt like he belonged somewhere and wasn't the odd man out... To some extent at least as his aura and appearance still made the people avoid him like a plague...
This time, Emilia was the one who experienced the unwanted attention as people kept staring at her. Some hatefully while others curiously as they started to whisper to each other…
"So, this is what they call females huh? They seem overrated" Said A skinny guy that wears glasses to his friend as he adjusted them with a not so impressed look on his face.
And to the surprise of Emilia who heard this whisper, his fat friend replied with the same look "Of course, no one can match Hinata-chan's cuteness"
His friend's expression finally changed as he said with an excited look "no Hancock-chan's the best" Emilia noticed that the perve looks in their eyes started increasing more and more as the two of them entered a shop that sells long pillows with anime characters on them… And those soft pillows were soon going to turn into hard materials…
"What the hell am I doing here?" muttered Emilia finding herself speechless a few seconds after entering this weird place, finding it to be the weirdest place she ever visited since coming to this world.
"What did you expect, this is the land of otaku" said Yuki while looking at the people with different hair colors roaming the streets of Akihabara reminding him just how different this world is…
"So, these are otaku… I never expected there exists a place where you would actually look normal" said Emilia to which Yuki replied with "Go to hell" and then he started dragging her through the various shops that were selling anime memorabilia and all kinds of things and he enjoyed himself a lot since he always wanted to visit this place…
But his fun didn't last long as ting finally changed when a system notification appeared in front of him reminding him of the scariness of his system...
'Here we go again' Yuki suddenly let out a long sigh, then he took a deep breath and readied himself for what new schemes the system prepared for him…

'Fuck you' Said Yuki inside his head while before he continued reading the notification

'Hmmm, one is easy to find…' Bakorio thought deeply before he shot Emilia that was checking cute stuffed animals a look secretly while thinking 'This girl would probably turn me into a stuffed animal if she realizes I'm considering her as a monster in disguise to complete this quest… but I can't risk losing a skill or item so sorry Emilia'
At the same time he thought of this, He noticed that the quest information changed from 0/3 to 1/3 'Two more to go huh… what a pain in the ass' thought Yuki and Emilia suddenly turned to look at him and noticed that he was looking at her with a weird look in his eyes so she asked him angrily "What are you looking at?"
Yuki suddenly smiled widely and put on a cute face as he tilted his head and blinked his eyes slightly and said "What do you mean?"
Emilia suddenly found all the cute stuffed animals lose the meaning of their cuteness and she almost puked seeing this disgusting scene before she said "Please, never do that face again"
"Ahum, ok fair enough" Yuki let out a fake cough to hide his embarrassment before they went on their way and had a lot of fun, they visited an arcade, and Yuki ended up winning a stuffed animal for Emilia which she liked a lot while he only kept thinking that he could've sold it for some good money…
Or when they were buying some snacks and kept thinking that she could've given him that money directly, or when she brought him a thank you gift, which was a necklace with a skeleton's head on it while he was hoping for a fridge…
Anyways, Emilia found that no matter what she did, she couldn't make this bastard happy, and he kept sucking the fun out of the air just like he sucks the beauty out of his appearance…
2 hours later, at around 7:30 pm, Emilia found herself tired, not physically, but mentally, as she finally understood what a ghost could do to your health if you accompany him for a long time so she sat with a tired look on her face as she hugged a huge black stuffed bear that Yuki won for her…
This was because Yuki kept staring at the people passing by him nervously all the time and would jump out and scream if anyone touched him accidentally and when she asked him what he was doing, he simply said 'I'm surprised how can you be so relaxed around all these creeps…"
And that's when she lost all hope in Yuki 'It's because I'm with a creep, tch' … and the latter was sitting currently on his chair, searching for his chosen person, but no matter what he did, he simply couldn't find the other two so he thought 'am I really going to lose one of my hard-earned skills or items?' Yuki really didn't want to lose one of his skills, the only thing he wanted to lose was his virginity… but that was impossible unless he also buys an anime pillow…
"It's very late Yuki, and I have work tomorrow early in the morning, let's go back" Said Emilia, clearly seeing that it was time to leave, and although she was complaining inside her head about Yuki's behavior, she also had a lot of fun and couldn't help but hug the huge bear she was holding even tighter…
"Oh really, I thought it was still early, maybe we should spend another hour or two or maybe never leave at all, what do you think?" Yuki said with a crazed look on his face that creeped Emilia out but she started to make her own translation for Yuki's weirdness as she thought 'It seems he also enjoyed his time with me huh?' This thought made her delighted, but it was really time to leave, so she decided to say
"We can come another time, okay?" said Emilia with a slight smile thinking that she was understanding but Yuki had different thoughts 'Fuck you girl, who wants to come again here to get another freaking mission that could make me lose my lovely skills?' But he didn't say this as he knew he couldn't force Emilia and just as he was about to agree. A person suddenly approached them and giggled slightly "Ara, It seems you really liked this place, but young man you, should understand that things won't taste too good if you taste the same thing over and over again…"
Yuki raised his head and looked at the woman that approached them, she had fair skin, long purple hair that went past her shoulders as well as purple eyes. Part of her hair was tied with a purple ribbon and left to hang on her right shoulder. She was wearing purple glasses and a purple dress that stopped right at her knees and seemed to be holding a bag full of books which she just brought…
She talked in a very calm and soothing manner that made people relax around her, and this was the case with Emilia who let her guard down seeing that it was such a gentle girl that approached them…But Yuki didn't feel the same way as his mind went into a frenzy thinking 'Don't tell me… This world not only has demons but also … ghouls!'
"Thanks for the advice, I was actually going to agree to leave" Said Yuki with a freezing smile on his face that even creeped Emilia out. He did this because he knows this woman liked to feed on cute kids and he felt like he might be one of her targets…
But he wasn't Rize's target in the first place as she was attracted by Emilia and not the creepy looking kid that she wouldn't eat even if he was handed to her for free so she couldn't help but let a slightly disgusted look appear on her face when Yuki spoke to her, breaking her façade slightly before she quickly regained her calm and said "That's good to hear, Have a safe trip".
Of course, her disgusted look didn't escape Yuki's and Emilia's notice as the latter replied to her coldly "You too" and watched as she slowly disappeared in the distance before Yuki turned his attention to his mission's progress that became 2/3…
"That woman gives me a bad feeling…" whispered Emilia to Yuki and he replied with a nod saying " Yes, she's a monster in disguise" Emilia was surprised by Yuki's description but for some reason, she felt that it fit that woman very well…
"Let's go" Said Emilia and she noticed Yuki letting out a long sigh before he muttered "fine you win…" She thought that this was his way of agreeing to leave with her… But in truth, he was replying to the system's sarcastic note that said: One is easy to find before he reluctantly took out his phone and said to Emilia with a wry smile "Let's take a picture to commemorate this day…"
Emilia was surprised at first but she nodded with a smile and said "Only if you send it to me later"
"Of course" replied Yuki with the same wry smile and he got closer to Emilia and they took a selfie together with her appearing cute while holding the stuffed bear while he looked… he looked like he always does... thank goodness the phone didn't burn…
And just as he looked at his appearance in the camera, a new notification appeared in front of him
