Chapter 4: Not again
Since the day the young man discovered his efforts were useless, he tried to work it once again only to end up in the same result and finally fully giving up. After that, his days would be spent talking to himself, looking at the White space with no thoughts in his mind and the classical 5 vs 1.
-7 days and 23 hours since the start-
And time passed without him knowing how long he's been there at all, he believes it's been 2 or 3 weeks from the beginning.
Today the young man decided that it's better to name himself then just staying nameless forever, so he started trying to think of a good name and asking himself if it's worth it.
"..... Maybe Noctis? Obracir? Ignir? Satou? Kiriko? Nah, none of those work.... Why do I keep thinking of these weird names?..... Izuko? Johnny? Bravo?..... Whatever! I'll just choose randomly and take the next one that I think of unless it's absolute trash... My name will be Invicta Animus Numen..... WTF is wrong with my naming sense? Whatever, I give up. I'll probably come up with worse if I keep trying." the young man who just named himself Invicta, has simply given up on naming. (AN: poor boy)
"At least I have a name now, what next? Should I sleep? Or maybe just distract myself out with useless talk?" While Invicta is trying to decide how to distract himself.
A floating screen appeared out of thin air and surprised Invicta.
"What kind of witchcraft is this?!" Looking at the newly formed floating screen appearing before him for the first time, Invicta simply said the first thing that came to mind.
[Contestant number 3,000,464,476,976#. You have failed to complete the prologue trial for the 7th time and thus have lost your right to take part in the same. You'll be automatically sent to the {endless time world}'s first layer. Before that, you have been given a special choice duo to having the weakest soul and most damaged soul of all the Contestants present in the trial and even though you failed you can choose one of these three prizes: 1-A strengthening of your soul to the King tier, 2-Control over your reincarnation(choosing appearance, race and etc) and 3- {The mythical box of all possibilities}. If contestant number 3,000,464,476,976# doesn't make the choice in ten seconds, the choice will be automatically and randomly made]
While the emotionless and mechanical voice said this to Invicta, he felt weak and dizzy when he heard the words {endless time world} and was having a hard time paying attention to the rest and once he heard {The mythical box of all possibilities} he vomited and fell down to the ground in great pain.
[10, 9, 8.... 2, 1]
Even though Invicta was in a terrible condition right the count down and the information transmission didn't stop regardless and Invicta was unable to choose.

Contestant number 3,000,464,476,976# has received {The mythical box of all possibilities}. The prize has been attributed, now contestant number 3,000,464,476,976# will be immediately transferred to the first layer of the {endless time world}. Good luck]
The mechanical and emotionless voice said and Invicta had already fainted from hearing both words again and didn't even understand or hear what was said to him, even so, he was teleported and completely disappeared.

Laying on the ground covered in grass, in the middle of a forest there's some kind of beast human-like child with a voluminous black hair with a silver-white outline, two tiny little horns coming from its forehead one black and the other white with wolf-like ears on the top of the head almost hidden by the hair and human-like ears where they usually stay all in one go, the cheeks have some kind of black fur on them, it's skin is dark and chocolate-toned, the forearms are covered in scales that reach the back of the hands and even 30% of the finger's backs, it has black eyebrows and white sharp nails in both hands and feet, it's topless and only wearing beige swag pants with no shoes included. There's also a weird box with the infinite symbol, besides the beast person kid.
Not long after it woke up from its slumber slowly opening its eyes that have iris that are lozenge-shaped while the eyes are one jet black and the other silver platinum colored, having very human-like facial features, it looks like a very cute child that would lid many into wanting to cuddle with it.
It quickly got up and started looking at its surroundings as if it was lost and didn't know how it got here in the first place, after getting its height became apparent and it's about 1,07m(107cm) which is the height of 4-5 years old human child. As it moves a black line all around its neck becomes apparent, the front part has a black circle on the center while the line goes all around the neck like a collar but it seems to be a birthmark.
Surrounded by trees, bushes, and grass the lively aura of the forest that a human would rarely witness is present with the birds chirping and many other sounds of nature that could easily calm one's soul.
(Where! Where am I?!.... Not again! I'm in a forest this time! Is this even real?!.... What's going on?! I can't open my mouth to speak no matter how hard I try!) The Beast child tried to speak but it was unable to voice out its thoughts no matter how hard it tried.
-First-person P.O.V-
How could this be happening to me again?! Wasn't it enough for me to be trapped and lost in that white space, then there was the weird dream about my past that brought some memories back up, also I keep waking up in a different place from the one I slept in every time I tried to move somewhere else, there's also the weird robotic voice that talked to me before I fainted and aaaaahhhh!! So much to think about and organize while I'm unable to keep up with all these crazy changes! I was literally starting to relax a bit in the white space and this happens!! Just where the hell am I?!
After complaining to myself and venting inside since my voice won't even come out of my damn mouth now!... I just want a break from all this. I finally calm down and sit on the grass while laying my back to a tree, well, no matter how I look at it this place seems much better than the white space and I feel different like I'm truly alive, in the white space something always seemed to be missing and now I feel complete.
I really have too many questions and not a single answer, I wanted to question that robotic voice but then I felt that horrible pain that still brings shivers down my spine, never again do I want to feel something close to that. Now, I don't know how to feel, I'm free from that place like I wanted but I'm sure I didn't get out by my own means and that robotic voice said something about failure before the pain got to but I was too surprised to pay proper attention.
After considering it for a while, I think it's best if I forget everything and just live my life here as peacefully as I can from now on. Will, I ever be able to talk again? Well that's for later I guess.
Then *Angry stomach noises*
It seems I'm hungry, I haven't been hungry since I woke up in the white space and it's weird to feel this way now, I can't argue with nature, can I? So better get myself some food somehow.
I get up and for the first time have a little awareness, by noticing my body got smaller and it's well.... Different, I lose a good time checking myself out and go back to laying on the tree with this new chock in mind. I'm not even human anymore!! You have got to be kidding me! I, I just can't take any more surprises! Is there any possibility of this all being just the craziest dream I ever had.... I wish it was.
I simply stop to assimilate the information again and once again I convinced myself that at least I'm alive and healthy or so I would like to believe, I think that at this point any amount of surprise would just instantly kill me with a heart attack.... Do I even die of heart attacks now? What if a person finds me and attacks me? What about the animals?! I, I'll just live and other things will come when they come, right now I just can't take any more of it.
I once again get up because if I don't find something to eat, I'll probably die of hunger. I look around to see if there are any berries or fruit trees nearby, but I find something else close to me there's something shining, and I move close to it only to find a box with the infinite symbol.
I look at it for a bit then pick it up, even if it belongs to someone else at this point I couldn't care less, kill me if you must! Otherwise, just leave me alone.
Since I'm hungry, frustrated, and curious, I just open the box with not much thought about it. After opening it the box turned into a golden light, as such the golden light faded, and what I found in my hand completely exceeded any expectation I ever had, it was something I never expected to find in a box-like that one.
What I found is a.... Seed.
