Chapter 52: Escaping Town

"Cough... this really sucks!"

Aroon stood up from the heavy pile of debris he ended up inside. The attack from before just helped to push him deeper to reach the bunker door.

It was partially opened and partially closed under the weight of this debris. "I have no time to waste," he used his strength to push the debris away from the door just enough for him to pass.

The moment he entered the bunker he heard gasps of joy from down below. He coughed again before he closed the bunker door and even hit it with his fists to make it unable to be opened again.

"Sealed," he turned to see the familiar faces all around. His head had some injury in it from the fall just now and his chest felt sore whenever he tried to breathe.

Yet he knew he wasn't in any danger, or else his system would have warned him.

"I was sick and worried about you!"
